Harassed me with offers to buy a property I had zero interest in selling. Legitimately received texts from them every week about selling. Got to the point that I considered filing harassment charges.

Kyle, Kerry and Jon were superb from beginning to completion. Lots of expertise and insight- with zero pressure.

Kyle is an outstanding asset to the team and a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will certainly look to work with again in the near future.

He took the initiative and within moments had physically visited the apartment in question, recorded a really in-depth video and sent it to me. Although I didn’t go ahead with purchasing a property through TK Property Group, I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from them. Olivia was incredible from start to finish, on hand for what felt like 24/7 despite a 5 hour time zone difference and coming up with some great options and advice on not just her own suggestions but the area as well. Jon Cartlidge was amazing from the very first time we met, throughout the process and even on completion. A very professional and relatable person, understanding all of my needs when I first looked into the property, until the completion. Jon is really great at what he does as he’s always available when you need him and provides you with an honest and open approach. He has a great team of people working with him, from Ashley, Sophie and Kerry who all played a part in helping me find the perfect home for me and my little dog. They explain all upfront processes and payments and how everything will work. Jon is a very busy man in his role but will always get back to you no matter how small or big the question may be. He knows the city extremely well and has vast experience of dealing with multiple sites and apartments. I couldn’t Have found the perfect home without Jon and his team and I’m extremely grateful for everything they have done. Spoke with Kyle who took the time to answer all my questions. Was really patient. Even after it become clear TK wasn't the right fit for my circumstances at the momenr Kyle continued to offer support with a couple of further questions I had. Fantastic experience from start to finish, it is very rare nowadays to find a company that provides such brilliant service, I originally spoke to Sam and advised our requirements which were quite specific in regards to the area, he sent me some options and even sent videos of the flats as we are not located in Manchester, that was very helpful. We found one we liked and we proceeded from there, Sam was always available for any questions and was extremely friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable as we were unfamiliar with the area, he showed around a family member and took more videos to send to us from outside of the flat etc , nothing was too much trouble for him. We are so grateful to him as what is normally a very stressful time was made significantly easier because of Sam. He is a credit to TKPG. The property world needs more Sams!
As the sale progressed we also dealt with Sophie who worked in the progression team again very friendly, always available and proactive, we had a tight deadline to meet and Sophie definitely helped us by working with the developer to get certain paperwork sent to our solicitor etc. Wonderful.
Prior to working with Sam I spoke to lots of different companies who were very salesy and pushy sending us properties in areas that we didn’t want etc , Sam actually listened and we felt they genuinely wanted the best for us, I would definitely recommend using them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I am giving this 5* review purely because of 1 person : Sam Rylance.
He is a diamond, a true professional, a man of integrity (which is hard to find these days) and a man true to his word. Throughout the initial enquiry process, he was very helpful, knowledge and professional. He seemed to work 24hrs a day, always answering my questions at any time day, night, weekends, bank holidays. Unfortunately l was unable to purchase the desired property due to circumstances out with my control. He immediately confirmed l would be refunded my reservation fee. This didn't go smoothly but thanks to him and his intervention and persistence it was eventually paid.
Thanks Sam you are truly 1 in a million.

I thought TKPG was giving me expert advice and safeguarding my interests.
But unfortunately it turned out not to be. After I paid the 35% deposit on this new built, the X1 developers have extended the completion/long stop date by a year with no completion guarantee that project will be ever completed.
TKPG still keeps on insisting that there's nothing to worry about. I now seriously doubt their professional judgement to say the least.
Not recommended.

Sam and Sophie were fantastic in helping me complete my first property just recently. I found they’re communication to be swift and extremely helpful in any problem I encountered even after completion.

Our experience with TK Property group was excellent! From the first phone call with Jay through to completion supported by Sophie and Kerry in the sales progression team we could not have been better supported. Nothing was too much trouble! Jay has excellent knowledge of the property market in Manchester and surrounding areas. He really took the time to understand our requirements and was able to show us a diverse but select range of options. This was a new type of purchase for us and Jay was able to guide us with his knowledge of lender considerations relevant to the properties we were considering. Once our search was complete he handed us over to Sophie and Kerry who liaised between us and the developer to ensure the smoothest possible process. All in all we could not have made a better choice than to trust our search to the expert team at TK Property Group. We are delighted with our purchase!

Great experience with Sam Rylance, nothing but good things to say about him. Great work ethic, was always available no matter the time of day and very reliable. Didn’t end up purchasing a property through him but only due to my very specific personal requirements nothing to do with Sam or the company. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new property!

Very proactive, knowledgeable and supportive.

Good experience overall, they knew what I was looking for and rather than bombarding me with numerous properties just to fill their sales quota, they provided suggestions that were actually helpful. We ended up closing and completing on a property investment within 3 months, the tenant is already in. TKPG put me in touch with the property management company, the mortgage broker, solicitor etc.

Even when down to chasing the solicitors for response, they did that for me. Sophie was particularly great! Thank you team!
