This is a complete Scam Company. They pretend they are located on Sanibel Island, Florida. This is not true. The shipments come from China the secondly the blouse picture that was advertised is not the same blouse that I received. It was very cheap looking and it was not linen as advertised at all. to return, they want to charge you up to $75 to return it to China when I bought these products I thought they were coming from Sanibel Florida if I had known they were shipping you from China I never would’ve ordered them. They have offered a percentage off and I could keep the contacts, but I still feel that I’m being scammed and taking advantage of it was not my choice to have these shipped from China. That was their decision so they should pay the return Fees.

I ordered a dress that didn’t fit. I was told to keep it and gift it, and to order another dress free of charge, except for the shipping charge. I love my new dress, and the customer service is fabulous!

The ease of ordering and the speed of receiving my item made me a very satisfied customer...not to mention the quality of the item itself! I'll be back!

I agree with others. Quality is awful. Sizing is totally wrong according to their sizing guide. Very disappointing. Pictures are so deceiving!! Scam for sure!! Live and learn

The fabric is cheap and not depicted as advertised. I sew and would not use this fabric for anything. Yes, the ad indicates this is an upper end store in Sanibel Island which it can’t be. It wouldn’t remain in business for a month. All the positive reviews must be fake. Don’t fall for this scam!

I ordered my usual size, and all of the items were tight in the bust. The fabric was of poor quality as well. When I wanted to return items, they offered me 50% of the amount paid, return to a Chinese company at a high shipping rate, or store credit. This appeared to be a brick-and-mortar store operating out of Florida; at no point was it mentioned that the items were being shipped from China (which took over a month to arrive). I wanted to order through a local business NOT something from China.

The Zamma top I received was not acceptable-- they advertised linen and the top I received was low quality polyester and was poorly made! Certainly not worth the price!! When I contacted Sanibel for to return the top and remove the charge from my credit card, they refused to do so. This company looks like a scam to me!!

Quality is awful and not at all like the photo. Size runs very small and exchange is extremely expensive as item is from another country. Do not purchase the blouse with wooden button.

After receiving linen tops have concern they will not fit correctly. Would like to change all 3 to large. Medium was fine but if there is any shrinkage after cleaning I don’t believe they will work. How do I return and receive next size up. Is there a phone number I may use?

It seems this is a US shoreline Boutique having a sale but is not! It is a warehouse in China. Pictures of clothing are lovely but the clothing I received was nothing like the photos. Very poor quality, cheap material, no designed shape for proper fit. Advertised 30 day return. Customer service responded quickly to my dissatisfaction and offered free replacement (more junk) or 10% cashback! Customer is responsible for return shipping which would cost more than the $150 purchase price so I have been scammed!

Help from your support departed was very good. Unfortunatey the change in blouses still do not fit. I guess I should not make orders online. My fault.

The linen blouse fit well when received, but shrank significantly in cold water wash so it is now tight.
Return policy is absurd -- can only return unwashed items. If shrinkage is an issue, they should stand by their product. Would never order from them again.

I ordered three items from this Boutique. All of the items in small. Two of the items were huge, and sized more like a large and not a small. I have sent e-mail to obtain the mailing address to return the two items and have had no response. It took almost a month to receive the items and now there is no response as to how to return the items and there is only a 30-day return window.

I placed my first order for 3 tops and they were all too tight in the bust. I went to their site and ordered the next largest size and processed payment for the same. I then contacted Sanibel to see how I could return the too small tops. When I contacted the company, they told me they would send the next larger size free of charge and for me not to return the ones that did not fit but, rather, to give them to a friend who can wear them. Very generous. I contacted them to let them know I had already paid for the replacements and have not heard from them since. If the company would please reimburse me for the second order, it would be much appreciated. If you need anything further from me in this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Can I be any clearer? If zero stars was an option this online scam would be a big fat 0!
It says it’s a local boutique moving its remaining inventory to online, when it’s really a drop shipper from China.
Susan and Eleanor are probably AI bots not nice ladies chatting you up!
It says easy returns and refunds but they offer discounts to keep the crap and if you insist on a refund want you to pay shipping back to CHINA!!!
The clothing says relaxed but my pieces were smaller than the size chart and horrible material.
I made a dumb choice, don’t fall for it.

Poor customer service when i contacted them they said it was to expensive to send back . This garment is not linen,no tags on it , almost like cheap sheet material.This company said it was based in florida. Why is it shipping international? Scam ! THe sizing is not accurate as well. Will try to get my money back thru credit card. poor customer service as well.

Website stated "money back guarantee within 30 days" Information on website is not honored.
Emails to Santibel requesting instructions for returns resulted in instructions for international shipping and the charged very high. 10% credit was offered.
DO NOT ORDER from this company--they are not based in USA.

This is true.Sanibel Boutique has No physical address. No phone number. Blouses have chemical smell, fit is not right, material is like paper. Says 30 day guarantee but will cost more than u paid to return to China even though it shipped from Hialeah, Fl. Sanibel Island should check out this company I will let the BBB know. Do not buy!!!
