Don't put it in the dryer ever!!

I feel scammed. This is a Chinese Import, not related in any way to Sanibel Island in FL, the product is nothing like the photos. Label says 100% cotton and is stiff like paper. No way this is cotton. Size is very small. Based on other reviews I will swallow the overpriced item (dress $65) I received and be even more vigilant than I thought I was when ordering online. Will ALWAYS review the company first. My bad.

Love my new dress!! It was another one that looked like it was above the knee. I am 4’11” so it was just below my knees. Lovely material and well made. Thank you, glad I found you??

The quality of the clothing looks and feels NOTHING like the description. They say they are a Sanibel boutique BUT they have never had a store on Sanibel or Naples. The return policy is VERY deceiving and they tell you it needs to be returned to China at a cost exceeding the price of the item. Save yourself a headache and DON'T buy from them!

I love the fabric, the colors, the fit and the service.

This so called boutique is a China scam. I live in Naples FL and they use pictures from others to fool you into thinking they really are connected. Product pictures nothing like what you get. And forget about a refund.

After I received my order I determined it was too small and I requested how I might return it. Instead you offered to replace it with the correct size and and I could keep the previous one. I only needed to pay for the shipping, I thought that was very generous and I am awaiting the replacement at this time. So I have not actually worn the blouse yet but I am anxious to receive the replacement and see how it works for me.

This is just another Chinese run company that has nothing to do with Sanibel or Coastal Florida. Don't be fooled. The pictures displayed are from other high end retailers, the actual product you receive is from cheap fabric, smells horrific with a chemical odor, and is ill-sized - too small and does not match sizing chart. The company makes refunds impossible because if you buy something with a sale price, it is not returnable. Also, company does not meet consumer complaint with any remedy, they just say SORR-REE.

BEWARE! Deplorable quality! The dress I ordered for $69 looked NOTHING like in the pictures/models. I wouldn't pay $5 for what I received...I guess, I'll give it to Good Will; the fabric isn't good enough to keep for a rag.
The return policy is impossible. I can return it $25-55 USD in transport charges AND $28 t0 $72 in customs clearance fees.

This company is a scam!! They are losing nothing by giving back 50% of the original payment... the item is worth a fraction of the price of even the reduced charge.
Their advertising, glossy photos of models, and "story" behind the "Boutique" are very conveniencing! BEWARE!

I wish orders were delivered faster!
Is there a way to pay more for quicker service?

I received the dress and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The "cotton" dress felt plastic and the material was very thin. I asked how to return the item and was told that the return shipping costs to china would be more than the cost of the dress. The company offered to refund me 10% cash back. That is insulting!!!! Never buy from this store.

Receiving a true email and one that I can respond to has been great. I am dealing with a real person and not just a computer.

The only thing the same about the dress I ordered from this Sanibel Boutique website and the dress I received is the color!!! The dress is made of some kind of cheap polyester - certainly NOT linen. It is definitely not worth the money. I feel cheated. I feel used. I have learned my lesson - research these websites BEFORE you buy.

Ordered 2 items that were linen and were OK quality. Then ordered 3 more items that said cotton blend. What I received was 100% polyester and cheaply made. I went to do a return and - the webiste is down. Do not do business with this company.

This site is a real scam. I should have read information from independant reviews before ordering. Product was of low quality material and sizing was way off! Tried to return and was directed to send to China at my expense. I am not ordering anything from Facebook again since this is the third time this has happened to me. Just call me a fool.

Bad quality- bad return policy-

I felt like I was communicating with a real person who cared about my order. The end result was very good and I like my dress and tops! And they fit.

My order for a dress from Sanibel Boutique was a complete disappointment! The ad on line for the boutique and dress led the shopper to think this dress was coming from a high end boutique on Sanibel Island, FL

When the dress finally arrived, in was in a tiny plastic bag from China! It was cheap fabric and looked nothing like the dress advertised online . The print looked nothing like what I ordered and there was no shape to the dress as represented.

I requested a return authorization and they came back offering a small discount to keep it. I had no use for it, and requested a return as advertised with their money back guarantee. They then stated if I wanted to return, I’d have to ship it to China, and the shipping cost would be more than the dress.

At this point, I decided to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Success!!

Cheap cheap fabric. This blouse immediately went into the Salvation Army bag. Shame on me for not investigating this company first. I love throwing $54 out the window.

Dresses fit just fine. I should have looked more carefully... the patch pockets sit high, and arent really designed to hold much of anything.
