I tried to return a coat just 6 days after buying it at the store, requesting a refund, but I was informed that the store’s policy does not allow returns.
Following this, I sent an email to try to resolve the situation, and to my surprise, I was treated with extreme rudeness and coldness, with no consideration for the customer. At no point was there any attempt to resolve the issue.
When I insisted that the matter be escalated to someone in charge to see if an exception could be made—since I was only visiting Rome—the same person, already irritated, responded that she was the person in charge and rudely ended the conversation.
The experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, reflecting completely inadequate customer service.
