Disappointed with bath towels
I love the beach towel but I do not like the XL bath towels. They are hard to dry off with after bathing. They are not absorbent. They are too large for me. I regret having purchased them and do not recommend them. The hand towels are okay.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Slow responses, and, when you finally get a response, it appears that complaint was not completely read. I got no satisfaction until I called a retail store and spoke to the manager, who was very helpful. But I wouldn’t order online again. From what I saw, that has been others’ experience, too.

These are the best bath and beach towels I have ever bought. They are soft and dry quickly.

I really want to like these waffle…
I really want to like these waffle weave bath towels. But I don’t. They don’t dry me off and they leave little fuzzy fibers all over my skin that roll up and stick to me when I use lotion after a shower. I’ve washed them several times but still they don’t absorb water, and still leave lint. I also thought they were two sided as you advertise your bath towels to be but they aren’t. I spent quite a bit of money on several sets and wish I hadn’t. I really like the look and the idea of quick drying non smelly towels. But these don’t live up to the hype.

Absolutely a scam. Over 3 weeks ago was charged, never got my order, reached out multiple times never heard back. The only information I can find is that the order was apparently fulfilled but never shipped. Reportred to my credit card company.
