Pathethic

Pathethic. They didn’t find a spot in my locker selected and sent me 15km away to another pickup point. This is just bad. Will cancel my corporate account with them as well

If there was a -5/5 it would be that. Got an sms that my delivery has arrived went 6hours later on a Sameday box and they told it it has been there for 3 days and they returned them and hung up on me

A complete joke at best

A complete joke. Multiple packages delivered by them are damaged. I just had a 1000eur oled monitor delivered by them with the box all damaged and thrown around.
besides that every product that is to be delivered by them is delayed for days if not a whole week. They call themselves sameday courier but they don't even offer such an option, not even in the same city. and with their delays and damages, the more appropriate name would be SameMonthFootballer courier

A Company That Truly Evolved

This company had a bad start and they used to be terrible, but they’ve evolved into the best delivery company at the moment. Their easybox system works fast and so does their customer service department. My experience with them has been great lately!

This is far from what a paid courier…

This is far from what a paid courier company should provide. This time for delivering a dryer machine the driver called to say is alone and cannot deliver unless somebody will help him with the 50 kg package and carrying it up 2 floors.
When asked him if he has a trolley or something the response was ,nothing with him. The customers should have at least couple of delivery options when paying for a service like that. received the email to complete the delivery survey and already expired in a couple of days? The company name should be Pay Anyway(we won’t guarantee your delivery will be made)

This is a complete mockery dont ever use them!

This is a complete mockery, these are not courier services but some kind of complete parody. YOU HAVE NO OPTION TO CONTACT THEM, not even by phone, I waited 1 hour for them to contact me and they failed (I attach a photo) there is no place to write to them and they do not have an email address. Do not even bother trying them, your shipment will come when they decide without notifying, it is a pity that I cannot give them 0….

Do not use this courier for delivery!

Do not use this courier for delivery, given the choice. They do not deliver to many places, but that is not evident when making an order online. I live in the central city area of Sofia, Bulgaria, but they apparently do not deliver to most addresses there.
If the given address is not covered by their delivery service, you would receive an SMS that the delivery failed, at the last delivery due date, and you need to provide a different address. If you provide a different address, chances are it is not covered by them as well and the story continues, until your order is cancelled. Another option is to try redirecting the package to a box office. Unfortunately, that won't work most of the times and the site just says redirection is not available for the moment. Even if you get lucky, the box offices they have are too spread apart, so chances are the nearest one would be too far away, and you would most likely have to travel by car to pick up your package. That defeats the purpose of using such a delivery service in the first place, but hat is another story. Also, their customer support is non-existent. Trying to contact them by phone either says no operator is currently available, or you are the X-th number in the queue, and your number increases with time if you stay on the line. You can spend days trying to contact anyone from the customer support to no avail. Sending an e-mail is also pointless, you would receive no response. So, good luck finding your package!

Low quality service

Low quality service. No respect for customers. Whenever I sent a complain I only got apologies and some logistic details but never a solution for the problem. Logistics should be much better in a delivery company that has already quite a few years of experience.

The most arrogant couriers are at Sameday Cluj

Unfortunately, Sameday Cluj has one of the worst couriers. Their couriers are full of arrogance and have an unprofessional attitude. They call you to say they’ll deliver your order that day, but then they never show up. And when you try to contact them by phone, they turn off their phones.

I also tried to contact Sameday’s customer service department. They promised to send me another delivery for free, but a day later they told me they had returned my parcel. Even the people in the support department are unprofessional.

If I were the owner of Sameday, I would fire most of them and hire only people who actually enjoy doing this job. Many of them go out for coffee after 12 p.m. and don’t stick to their schedule. Sad.

If I were a big company looking for a courier service to work with, I’d go with DPD or Cargus. They’re the most reliable ones.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service, would never use again! It takes less time for delivery from China to Bulgaria, than SAMEDAY’s delivery from one neighbourhood to another in the same town!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered through SHEIN and was able to get one of the packages but the 2nd one has not arrived. The shipping claims it “failed to deliver” but I have no record of a delivery attempt. I have emailed and called them multiple times and they will not respond. It has been well over a month and so I have no escalated to SHEIN customer service but they’re telling me the same thing Sameday is, that it “failed to deliver”.

We’ve been working with many couriers across Europe, but Sameday has been one of the worst experiences so far. They lost our shipment, and since then it has been impossible to reach anyone from their customer service to file a proper claim or get an update.

No clear communication, no responsibility, and no solution — just silence. For a logistics company, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

If you’re a business relying on deliveries, avoid Sameday. You risk losing both your parcel and your peace of mind.

Ordered kitchen products worth 2,500+…

Ordered kitchen products worth 2,500+ RON with SameDay EasyBox delivery to avoid waiting for a courier. Package didn’t fit in the locker and was redirected. Courier called once, missed it, and then he blocked my number — line comes up as "busy" all the time afterwards.

Customer support insisted the courier was “busy.” No empathy, no communication, completely unprofessional. Not acceptable for high-value orders.

The courier has a terrible service

The courier company is beyond criticism. The service is extremely unprofessional. I have received about 10 deliveries through them and have always had problems. Yesterday, I received a message that I would have a delivery on the same day, but the courier never came, and I had to stay at home all day. Today I tried to redirect the shipment to Easybox, but it was no longer possible. I called them and waited on hold for 32 minutes and I never made it to talk to an operator. I had a case where, "for my convenience," my shipment was sent to the central post office. This is anything but convenient. I lost the delivery and, consequently, money, because I couldn't go there. I have no idea how they managed to arrange to deliver purchases from China, but since then, receiving orders has become an unpleasant experience and a hassle every time.
