Total incompetence

Total incompetence, by a small mistake that could be easily fixed by a normal transport company system lost my transport money and waited 3 day to get my parcel back.
I totally not recommend these couriers

Slow service and not easy to speak to…

Slow service and not easy to speak to someone on the phone with a long queue. The tracking information on their website was not updated for several days. I would not choose to use this company but the business I purchased from sent my goods with Same-day. Not recommended.

Embarassing

4 days for a package to arrive from Hong Kong to Bihor and 4 days (and counting) waiting for someone to pick up the package from Bihor and deliver it in Bucharest. The worst courrier company! I have never had a package that waan't delayed by them. Deplorable job!

Worst courier company ever

Absolutely incompetent and unreliable company. I would never use their services if I have a choice, unfortunately shops that I buy from use them.. They lie about date and time of delivery, send packages to wrong locations, no way to contact them for anything, every time I have to receive a package from them it is a terrible and frustrating experience. I would suggest them to change their name to Next Week..

avoid

I requested delivery to a store, but they wrote back saying that my order didn't fit in the box, which is impossible since I was picking it up at a store. I ordered through the e-mag website, and they haven't been able to help me either. Great Christmas service.

AWARE ! AVOID THIS PHANTOM COMPANY !!!

My package should've arrive in the same day when has been shipped , but like we are used to with this company of liars in the evening I received an sms that my package couldn't been delivered because of the wrong address . Now from 2 days nothing changed, they never tried to deliver the package and they didn't even send it back to the shipper. It's impossible to contact them by any means: phone/website/mail . At phone the robot close your call , on website you can't send the form and at mail they don't reply. So yeah run from this company!!!

This is the worst courier company ever

This is the worst courier company ever. My package arrived in the city three days ago, and they still haven’t delivered it. I’ve been calling for over an hour and I’m still stuck in the queue. To make matters worse, they finish work at 5 p.m. Terrible!

If delivering parcels would be the hardest thing, these guys would finally get 5 stars.

Too bad this review would impact just the employees. They re trying to do a decent job. Not all of them, esp. the "Client Support" ones. They re rude, the lack of knowledge and the fact that they have to lie nicely to the clients is abhorring. The drivers need to repair the whole chain above them, in front of the clients. They re the only physical contact with the end-clients, which are boiling with rage and frustration, caused by incompetent dispatches, hotline operators and badly maneuvered merchandise in the warehouse.

Paying to extend the pickup deadline?

I downloaded the app because there was no other way to extend the pickup date - since they can't even make it an end-of-day deadline, but some random time during the day - and I see that they even want to charge money for it. I've never liked Sameday, but this is outrageous.

An idiot from the warehouse decided that the package could not be delivered, because the apartment number was missing. I live in a HOUSE!

Terrible service

I dont think I have had one package delivered to my door by Sameday.bg
There is always an issue and there is no customer service contact. Terrible service. If it were my choice I would stick with Speedy, or Econt.

The worst experience ever

My package was not delivered to the locker I selected, but I get that because of the holiday season. I had 2 days to pick it up and when I arrived, the locker was not working. It was late at night and in a few hours the package was gonna expire. The next day I called and they said that they will redeliver it to me but when I called the next days I got told that there was nothing they could do. I do not understand why they lied in the first place. I told them I want to speak with a manager but never got called.

I am very dissatisfied with this…

I am very dissatisfied with this company’s service, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I had a very small international package, and I chose the pickup point closest to my home to receive it. However, after several hours I received an email from this delivery company informing me that they had “found a better solution” for my selected pickup box and sent my package to a location about 10 kilometers away from where I live. When I questioned them, they told me that this is stated in their contract with the sender, and that they are sorry but there is nothing else they can do. If I could, I would give them a zero rating. In addition, the staff of this company were very rude, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they hung up the phone on me. Don't use this courier if you don't look for trouble
