The best ice cream and service

I've loved their ice cream since the very first bite but their customer service is also excellent! Today FedEx delivered my order to the wrong house (the picture FedEx took proved that). I contacted FedEx first then Salt and Straw. Still haven't gotten so much as an automated message back from FedEx but within an hour of my reaching out Salt and Straw had put a replacement order into their system (after asking if I would perfer that or a gift card for a future order). Their customer service is as top notch as their ice cream!
