I signed up on Sally’s plan after I had been taking mounjaro as I wanted to stop the jabs and get stuck into something that will help me long term. Sally was super supportive and motivational and her plan has really helped me think of food in a different light. I’ve never done so many steps in my life. I’ve now finished my plan with Sally and intend to take away what I’ve learnt and carry on my weight loss journey. Sally is AMAZING! I came across Sally’s page through someone else’s journey who had amazing results. After having 2 children 14 months apart and constantly moaning about the way I looked and felt I thought it was about time to be accountable. I gave Sally a follow and within a week I was on board the Shift Squad. The whole process was so easy to follow and it wasn’t a huge change of lifestyle overnight like I’d worried it would be, it was drip fed into my life over the process of a few weeks. The food plan was incredible! I have been eating foods that I absolutely love just cooked differently, or using slightly different ingredients to make it a healthier version. After around 2 weeks I felt like I was able to fit in some workouts. There’s an option of doing home workouts or gym workouts which she assigns to your Everfit app. I was always anxious of going to the gym but this is so easy to follow as it shows you a video on how to use each machine or how to lift the weights properly. After completing my 6 weeks I am over the moon to have dropped a dress size, lost over a stone and feel a massive improvement in my mental health. Throughout my journey Sally and her team have been really supportive and motivating through regular messaging, success calls and a super helpful group chat with all of the other shift squad members too. I could not recommend Sally more! She is fabulous!

Sally and her team are super helpful, supportive and knowledgeable in what they do. I saw other people’s results from just a short time and knew I had to give it ago and within my 6 week plan I lost the stone I wanted to. Sally made time to listen and adjust my plan to suit my needs and likes and I don’t even feel like I was on a ‘diet’, I ate delicious food and quite often! The results speak for themselves. Wish I had made the change earlier
Having followed Slimming World for a few years I was stuck in a rut yo-yoing with my weight and not enjoying the food. I had already been a member of Sally’s online fitness classes and decided to give her one to one nutrition plan a try. I am so happy I made the change I am enjoying the food and have just about hit my target in a few weeks. Sally is very approachable, knowledgeable and supportive. I will work with her now to learn how I can maintain where I am a now . Her plan really works xxx
Where do I start?! I first came across Sally on instagram and was really intrigued about the plan and what could be achieved.
I done my research and reached out to Sally for an initial chat.
Being honest, I was a little nervous about working with an online coach as I wasn’t sure how what could be achieved; would I stick to plan, would I get the support I needed etc etc.
I honestly shouldn’t have worried at all as Sally is absolutely amazing!
From day one, Sally encouraged me, provided support and worked with me to reach my goals. More importantly, she also made me accountable. Accountable for working hard and sticking to plan, but also accountable for me smashing my own goals.
Sally is approachable, friendly and relatable, whilst being super knowledgeable on health, nutrition and wellbeing.
As for me, I’ve smashed my goals that only 4 months ago I only dreamed about. I’ve dropped two dress sizes, have more definition and shape, and finally have my confidence back.

I have been on my journey with Sally for 8 weeks now and I have been so impressed with her approach, the food plan she created for me and the whole ethos around her coaching. Sally is so passionate about helping and regularly checks in and in on point with everything I do. She first made me reset my nervous system and created a plan for me based on my goals. She listened and even worked with me during my struggles as I had a short term goal for holiday that required discipline, which I hit!
We will now work on a longer term sustainable plan to help me stop the yo yoing and have a healthy relationship with food and calm my nervous system. She’s fab xxx

I came to Sally with a goal of losing a stone... I've nearly lost 2! I am now smaller than I was before I had my two babies, something I never thought was possible. And I've dropped 3 dress sizes! If someone would've told me I'd be wearing the size I am now, I never would've believed them!
My willpower in the past has always been zero when it comes to food, but for whatever reason something inside of me has just clicked and it's all down to Sally.
This plan is fantastic. It just works.
The meal plans are awesome. I don't feel like I'm missing out on certain foods because what I'm eating is so tasty, nutritious, and fills me up.
The workouts are brilliant. I love them.
And I love getting my steps in and keeping up with my water intake.
I used to find all of the above so hard but Sally makes it so manageable, easy and is so unbelievably warm and supportive.
I love the Shift Squad ladies whatsapp group. It's fun, supportive and is just like chatting to friends.

Sally is an incredible coach and her dedication to providing support everyday was amazing. I had never considered an online coach but after a great reference from my friend, I signed up. We created a clear plan including personalised meal plans, an exercise routine and had regular check ins. Sally sent really encouraging messages everyday to keep me on track and this helped hugely with my progress. I could not be happier with my results, but also my change in habits which I feel are solidified into my daily routine. I could not recommend Sally enough, not only is she the loveliest person, but her coaching style is highly commendable. A key highlight for me was Sally enabling me to make long term changes and maintain these over the months. BEST coach !

I came across Sally back in March this year and I was feeling low about myself having put on another 1/2 stone since Christmas. Being in my early 50’s and struggling with the menopause and weight gain i was close to giving up. But then when i met Sally I loved her vibe and ethos and knew I had nothing to lose and she had so much faith in me that I could do this with her help and guidance. I went from working out literally everyday and starving myself to doing 3 to 4 workouts a week, getting my steps up daily and eating normally for the first time in a long time, I didn’t know I could eat that much in one day! I’ve now lost 10lbs and inches from my waist and belly area, clothes are fitting so much better and have gone down a dress size already. I’m still on this journey but I know with Sally coaching me along the way, I’m gonna get to my ideal weight and can easily maintain it as I’m not starving myself. Sally is brilliant at what she does and makes her workouts fun to follow. Also love our group WhatsApp with all the other ladies, sharing inspo and recipes and we hype eachother up to keep going as this really does work. I have been on plan with Sally for 3 months now and it is the best thing I have done (just wish I had done it earlier)! I usually struggle with consistency and sticking long term to weight loss but the way sally has it all laid out the accountability and support just makes it happen! I’m two weeks into my 6-week program with Sally and honestly, I’m loving it! She’s absolutely amazing the support she gives is next level, not just with the workouts but with nutrition too. Everything about her approach is so positive and encouraging.
I’ve always struggled to do home workouts, mostly because I felt like I never had the time… but something about Sally has completely shifted my mindset. I now get up at 6am before the kids are awake, get my workout done, and I feel AMAZING afterwards. It really sets me up for the day ahead.
What I love most is that I’m not only feeling great from moving more, but I’m also staying on track with my food and that’s a big win for me.
