Sally is just amazing at what she does. I went into the 6 week plan, wanting to lose weight but also to feel better mentally, help my skin issues and hopefully help my endometriosis pain through eating the right foods instead of relying on medication.
Sally has not only helped me lose 9 pounds in 4 weeks, but has helped me mentally with how I deal with my pain, improved how I eat to look after myself and encouraged me to reduce stress to help both weight loss and my health problems.
The food is amazing and I haven’t felt hungry once, and the support WhatsApp groups and community are great to keep you motivated.

I signed up for the 16 week coaching programme with Sally I was so lost with my health/weight I had no motivation and no drive, but I was terribly unhappy with my appearance, clothes where getting tighter I knew I needed to do something, during my first consultation we had a great chat about my goals and what I wanted to achieve with her, she told me I would loose 3 stone by the end of the 16 weeks, I couldn’t help but think, hmmm really? But here we are 15 weeks in and 2lb to go away from loosing 3 stone.!!! I just can’t believe it, Sallys plan is achievable for everyone, I am a full time working mum of 2 girls with a husband who does shifts and weekend. The shift squad is a great community of women wanted to feel better in themselves. I just want to thank Sally for holding me accountable for everything and believing in me. I am continuing my journey to hopefully loose 4.5 stone in total for my birthday and I know with Sally's help I will 100% get there.

I signed up with Sally after my friend told me about her, she done so amazing on her weight loss and told me a lot of positive things about the coaching. I signed up and have had non stop support from Sally and the group, they're always there to chat, 1-2-1 catch ups are available and there's plenty of choice on the meal plan. Not only has it helped me to lose some weight, I have started making better choices for myself surrounding food in general, I feel better in myself, I am more active than before and I only have Sally and the team to thank for that!

I joined shift back in February for the 6 weeks with Jade.
After years of not being happy in my own skin and covering myself up in baggy clothes because I hated how I looked. Although my weight loss was steady, I learned so much about what foods made me feel good, how walking is so good for your soul. I already seen a difference in myself after the 6 weeks. It was the best thing I ever done for myself.
The support from Sally and the team is second to none. It was like having my very own cheerleader.
6 weeks into my shift programme and I feel so much better, not only because I’m losing weight, I’m considering my own needs, I’m learning new habits, loving walking more, trying new recipes and have so much more mental clarity. Losing weight is not easy and when you have family/responsibilities you always forget about yourself and what you need.
This type of coaching is consistent, checking in on you eating habits, exercise, your mental health and emotions.
There is an app which you monitor your eating, exercise, and steps. This also lets you add starting photos ( very scary to start but worthwhile when the weight melts off) and constant progress photos which take the stress from scales and let's you focus on yourself and how your image is changing in a positive way. It's at your own pace, where you make your own goals. It is run along side chats with the coaches and other like minded people. I was very hesitant at the start but the support from the coaches is honest and amazing. Consistent small steps for me has opened my eyes and mind, which has given me confidence to believe in myself.

I was lost when it came to my weight no confidence Sally gave that back to me I was part of a community and got so much knowledge with food and being less stressed. I don’t know where to start but I’ll try and keep this short and sweet! If you have struggled with your weight and you’ve tried numerous ways to start your weightloss journey but keep getting stuck in a rut, your confidence effected even more because something isn’t clicking for you then you absolutely need a call with Sally! I lost 1 stone in 6 weeks and 4 days which is unheard of for me. And I’m still on my weightloss journey almost 3 stone down. I really enjoyed this programme at the beginning. The service felt very personal, and working directly with Sally made a huge difference for me. Weight loss is something I find very hard to talk about, so having that one-to-one support with someone who knew me and my situation was exactly what I needed, and it worked really well at first.
As the programme went on, Sally’s platform grew and additional coaches were brought in. While I understand this is positive for the business, it wasn’t what I had signed up for. I started receiving messages from other coaches about things Sally already knew the answers to, and the experience began to feel impersonal.
I did try to engage with the new coaches, but I struggled to move past the change. Sharing something so personal with people who didn’t know me was difficult, and unfortunately I never completed the programme as a result.
Overall, it was a good experience initially and Sally herself was excellent, but I was disappointed that the structure of the programme changed part way through, as that change didn’t suit me
