SAJ facilitated an exceptional journey for me. Their assistance was pivotal in securing approval for my transition from a student visa to a worker's visa. It all commenced with my employer providing a certificate of sponsorship, which was set to expire before my education concluded officially. SAJ adeptly managed the situation, ensuring delays until I finished school and obtained all necessary clearances for a seamless visa application process. At one point, my employer doubted the validity of the certificate and considered obtaining a replacement. However, reassured by SAJ's diligent handling of the matter, they were astounded when the Home Office granted approval. SAJ truly excels in their profession.

My experience with SAJ Solicitors has been exceptional. My wife came into the uk on the 5th December 2022 and was detained illegally for 25 hours. She had all the documents required, however, still was still given the decision she was not allowed entry, was also denied of any communication with me, and important details were omitted from the official report. I contacted SAJ solicitors, and Mr Jamali and his team dealt with the situation promptly. SAJ team prepared us with professionalism and efficiency, and as result, my wife was granted her tourist visa of 6 months (plus the 4 months of the time we waited for her final interview). After a few months, the team advised us to claim for damages. They were throughout in making sure that our rights were upheld and that we would get to the best resolution to our case. Their transparency, professionalism, and dedication were evident at every stage, ultimately resulting in a settlement offer that exceeded our expectations. Without hesitation, I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal assistance, especially in matters as sensitive as immigration.
