I found this whole transaction extremely smooth. Ordering for branch collection online was easy. The cashier was top notch and my currency was already sorted for me on arrival with an excellent variation of notes.

Quick, Easy & Convenient!
Very easy to order online & collect from Sainsbury’s in-store Travel Money bureau at Crayford. Very helpful staff member at the bureau gave us a good assortment of different value € notes. Nectar card online conversion rate was competitive too, especially if ordering anything over £600.00 worth of Euros.

I ordered my euros and within 1hr they were ready to collect. Brilliant service. The lady on the desk was very nice. Excellent service would definately use again and recommend to friends especially using nectar card as well

I didn’t realise I needed ID to pay by card & the lady told me I would get a better rate if I ordered online, she told me to go home, order online & go back to collect my euros which I did & got a much better rate. I needed my ID either way so it wasn’t a wasted journey

I ordered travel money last Thursday…
I ordered travel money last Thursday online, hoping to pick it up on my weekly shopping trip to Sainsburys , Biggleswade today. I was told it would only available from tomorrow. However when I looked at my e mails after returning from the store this afternoon I was informed that my money was in fact in store. A very frustrating experience!

I ordered my US dollars via online via click and collect as there was a better exchange rate. The money was ready within 2 hours.
However the advisor at Warrington branch was unprofessional and rude which wasn't a nice experience.
