So far so good
Spent over an hour working with customer service. This failed to make the service function. I was eventually refunded. They do make you go through extensive troubleshooting before they will refund you. I bought a physical sim card at 7/11 and was using my phone 10 mins later.

I spent a lot of time to resolve my Issue may be because i am not so young ,but i and I think its could be a little better but you respond quickly and tried to help me you need to be more flexible, anyway everything is resolved now and i am glad i will continue to be your customer
