Just purchased an e-sim. Set-up and activation was very simple with Step-by-step instructions. Have not used the service yet but will rate when my trip is complete!

Had physical 2nd SIM card in slot where eSIM installed. Had to redo install. Saily should remind users to remove any physical SIM card in slot where eSIM to be used

Got it installed today (the day before vacation day). Google Pay worked fine, but I already had my Google Pay linked to my credit card. Make sure during setup, leave your Primary SIM as your Primary. Your new eSIM1 will be called eSIM1 by default and there is an option to rename it (I didn't rename it). I will go through Settings etc. to switch to eSIM1 upon arrival.
It was easy to install..hope when I leave out next week I have no problem with getting it to work once I get over seas

Relative ease of initial install. Can't fully evaluate until I complete my travel

Saily on chat and they said no to refund so I said ok wait for your final review.
Update they sent an email to confirm refund shouldn’t have had to go that far.
Sorry forgot to mention they first offered $5 has a good will gesture
Any way got there in the end 🥱
