Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, poor quality control and do not respond to issues.

Updating as I can't respond to your response, says a lot when you finally reply nearly a year later, I received PPE that incorrectly sized.

Excellent Service

Use Flexothane coveralls for potholing. Checked I could order two sizes & send one back. Yes, that was fine, ordered. Received a phone call to say small in stock medium would be later. Received small next day, fitted. I phoned them, no need to send medium, money refunded. Job done.

Horrible customer service

Last December I ordered binaxnow test kits. I wanted priority delivery. After about 3 days I was contacted by customer service and told they were back ordered. Also that binax now would not be a available for awhile and I agreed to have a less expensive home rapid Covid test kit substituted. I advised them not to ship priority mail now since it would not be available for next day delivery. After many attempts to reach them both by telephone ( voice mail box always full) and their online chat they absolutely refused to refund me the overpayment. I am a retired medical doctor and have ordered medical supplies for 35 years from many different suppliers and this medical supply company is the Worst supplier I ever ordered from. Be aware of this unscrupulous shady vendor.

However, we believe this review may have been left for the wrong supplier. We have never sold either of the products mentioned in your review, we do not use a voicemail box service or online chat feature, and our phone lines are manned Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. We also do not ship to the US.

We did try to contact you to clarify the issue, as we were concerned this may have been intended for another company. We hope you have since been able to resolve the matter with the supplier you purchased from.

Fab Service and Excellent Products

The website is very easy and informative, the payment processing was simple and the delivery was very quick and arrived well packaged. The Safety Harness purchased is great.

Slick and simple

I've used Safety Supplies on a few occasions now for various things, mostly earplugs and gloves. The website is easy to use, the payment processing was simple and the delivery was quick. No grumbles from me.

Premier Service - Safety First

I have always found the Company efficient, friendly and helpful. The products I have purchased from them have been of very good quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone requiring safety equipment.
