I cannot recommend Karl & Terry at Safety Lifting Gear at Southampton enough! From the first time that I met them over a decade ago, they have gone over and above board to advise and assist. Great team to deal with. Robert Hood at the Glasgow depot provided a 1st class service, from a competitive quote, through to follow up emails and delivery confirmation for collection from an alternative branch as requested. I have dealt with both Glasgow & Leeds branch and the difference between the 2 is amazing. Glasgow is now my go to branch for enquiries and sales. Keep up the good work.

I placed an order with Safety Liftin Gear and missed an item from the order. I emailed them and received a reply quickly from Matthew Wowk. Matthew added the item to the order and processed it efficiently and quickly to ensure that the order was despatched that day. He was very helpful.

My order initially got lost the first time due to delivery driver handing parcel to unfamiliar person. I contacted safteylifitg.uk customer service, Mitchell went to the extent of offering replacement of items and also went out of his way to write a hand writtten message on the parcel itself to make sure it was handed to the named person on order so that it would arrive safely to us as opposed to the last time delivery was made. This shows great attention to detail and thoughtfulness of customer needs and i'm so glad i've come across someone who takes such pride in their work!

I purchased 2 x platform trollies, the quality of the build far outweighed my expectations, its first class.
Delivery was fast and professional, however there was a minor error due to a wheel, I reported this and Mitchell Jones responded immediately and remedied the issue. I highly recommend you use this distributor they are a refreshing change.
