I ordered replacement patio doors and paid a deposit. I was given an installation date and the fitters arrived on time. They dismantled the old doors and then proceeded to install the replacements. It all went very smoothly and I’m happy with the result.

Deeply Disappointed with Security & Hidden Costs
We had our front door installed by Safestyle just 5 months ago, and it has already become a source of stress and regret. The lock fitted was the most basic, minimal option — completely inadequate for a front door meant to protect our home and family.
When we raised our security concerns, instead of taking responsibility, they demanded excessive charges just to upgrade to a proper lock. A company that truly cares about customer safety wouldn't cut corners on security and then charge a fortune to fix their own shortcomings.

1. THEIR SALES MANAGER CALLED RICK (RICHARD THAT WORKS OUT OF COVENTRY/BIRMINGHAM) HARASSED AND TOUCHED UP TWO YOUNG GIRLS AND WHEN REPORTED THE COMPANY DID NOTHING. THEY TERMINATED THE GIRLS AND LET THE MANAGER CONTINUE TO WORK WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS.
2. THEIR CANVASSER CALLED DAVE IS A ALSO A CREEP THAT TALKS ABOUT RAPING GIRLS
3. THEY WILL STAY IN YOUR HOUSE FOR HOURS TRYING TO PRESSURE SELL YOU INTO BUYING WINDOWS AND DOORS.

Terrible..all the windows they fitted for were extremely drafty... luckily we had gone through the finance company so we made a claim through them to have all the work /issues fixed even now one of the windows fitted..is giving us issues... absolute waste of time and money..would NOT recommend this company AT ALL

Some bloke came into our house, felt very petrified of him, kept pushing to make the sale today, and we said no. And wouldn't give in, He couldnt find us, 40mins late. Then wanted to use a phone charger because his was dead. I would not recomend Safestyle.
They keep emailing us, phone calls constantly. These guys are a bunch of Croocks!

I didn't get as far a placing an order! The sales people who came round were nice! It took some time to measure etc, then the price over £10000 more than anyone else who had quoted, the next day they could miraculously drop the price quoted by £8000, when I asked how they could do this, the sales manager got very angry, called me a liar! That was the end of their chances with me!

Safestyle, owned by Anglian Windows.
Safestyle use Anglian fitters and we have not seen a SafeStyle employee since the sales rep came round.
Don’t be fooled: they are an abomination and should be rendered bankrupt never to ruin peoples lives.
And so the absolutely disgraceful way the Anglian Windows deal with Customer Service continues. We finally had a fitter arrived to look at the sliding doors who was actually a knowledgeable fella, and he said that we should never have been advised to have such big doors on the property; for new doors but the same would likely have the same problems; also that the doors were fitted incorrectly and there was lots of remedial work to be done, which the fitters failed to do or did badly.
However, the manager who was supposed to be with him didn’t turn up! Apparently he couldn’t leave the office and he was on his own, so he was ‘stuck in the office’ apparently all day.
He finally rang up and said that they were going to take the doors out and then put the back in. The doors are damaged they don’t fit. My wife said to him. Have you spoken to your fitter? To which he replied no and so he promised to will ring back on Monday to resolve this, with the need for a surveyor to come and check measurements for a replacement door (a 3 slider and NOT a two slider) Has he rang? Of course not, and so now we are going to the solicitor to seek not only refund for any payment made but also compensation for the absolutely disgusting way that this has been dealt with. Never should a company be able to operate with such failings from management down to workers. They really are a total disgrace.
This has now dragged on for weeks with no end in sight. And watch for the generic reply I will undoubtedly get which is meaningless.
Wouldn’t recommend Safestyle. Had our installation booked and received a call at 5.30pm the day before to say they will be unable to come and arranged for the following week. Following week came and nobody arrived, they had forgotten to book us in. Rearranged for the following week and nobody arrived until 10.30am, and that was only after I called to find out what time they were coming.
Customer service wasn’t great, the person on the phone didn’t seem bothered at all with my concerns.
The person who did show to complete the installation did a good job, but the service received before tainted that. I have taken x3 unpaid days off work for this.
Wish I would’ve read the reviews before confirming an order - avoid avoid avoid!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We had the most disgusting service from someone who came to quote us on a new composite front door. His name was Aslam. He well over stayed his welcome. Was at my house for an hour and half! Why does a door quote take that long? He first quoted us £5000 for a new front door! No frills composite door. We gasped and he said how much was you expecting. I said no more than £2000 and he laughed in our faces saying we’ll never get a door for that price. You’ll only get these special ultion locks from us blah blah. He did the usual ‘let’s call my manager’ and got it down a little bit more. But he was so rude, condescending and he’s lucky he didn’t get thrown out our house. The whole ‘no pressure quote’, he definitely added pressure!
Anyway, we now have our new composite door WITH ultion lock from another company - £1500 with installation. So up yours safestyle!

We have used safestyle windows for all our windows and doors in our home .
We wanted to upgrade our kitchen door and asked for a stable door .The salesman showed us photos that were sent to him by someone else I assume his manager of the type of door i wanted and we signed the deal .
Deposit paid surveyor came, installation booked soon after ,all good 👍
No !!! The door delivered and fitted is not at all what we expected to be installed!
We have been given the safestyle version of a stable door which looks like a prison door with a window for food delivery!
This we have been told is the only style they do in pvc and what i had thought i was getting is a composite door which would have cost more!
We was not told this or given the opportunity or option to consider buying what i have had my heart set on having as my kitchen door.
We have been miss sold for a quick sale and bonus!
Yes we wanted a good deal but would have bought what we wanted if we had been given the price and options!!
We would have maybe even gone to another company for comparison but we was robbed of that opportunity for the sale and our stupid loyalty to the company as we never had any issues in the past .
Never ever will they do any work for us again or my family!
Buyer be aware!! What they say you are signing for may not be what you get !
What makes it worse is you are expected to sign an email so no paperwork to look at first, but that would not have made much difference as we stupidly trusted the salesman who came to our home on a Sunday even amended our plans so that he could come earlier then planned.
Addendum; after all the give us your details we will look into it ,NOT A THING !!@ ALL FOR SHOW LIKE THEY CARE AND WILL LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM. ANOTHER REASON NOT TO TRUST!

From a know-it-all installer who bodged the job, to a non-existent customer service team who ignored repeated requests for someone to call so a window could actually close (still waiting for this, 7 weeks post installation) avoid Safestyle UK if you want quality workmanship and value for what you've paid for.

Reply from Safestyle
When the window came it only took a few hours, Kieron and Stephen were great, very efficient and kept the place clean, they worked well together and answered all my questions. the window looks great and simple enough instructions on operating it.

When I fiest ordered my door the company was anglian who fited my door. I filed a service visit on the 4th of April and nothing until I put comments on trustpilot over a month later. They then contacted me to say the local team would contact me. They did not until I put another comment then they fixed a date of the 21st of April. They were supposed to change the handles on the door after I send pictures of the ones on the door which were poor quality. Guess what the man arrived so deal with other matters with the door but no door handles, the very thing i requested the service visit for. Had I knowen that safe style had taken over anglian I would not under any circumstances placed an oder with them. My suggestion is think twice before you buy.

Customer Complaints Department
Safestyle UK
Dear Sir/Madam,
FORMAL SECOND LETTER BEFORE FURTHER ACTION
FAULTY INSTALLATION, SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP AND DEMAND FOR REFUND
I write further to my previous formal complaint dated 11/05/26, to which I have not received any satisfactory response.
Despite repeated telephone calls and assurances that someone would return our calls, no meaningful action has been taken. The level of customer service has been wholly unacceptable, adding further frustration to an already serious situation.
The installation carried out at my property is, in my view, defective and below acceptable industry standards. The workmanship is substandard, faults remain unresolved, and I no longer have confidence in your company’s ability to rectify the issues properly.
As a result, I am now formally requesting:
* A full refund of all monies paid
* Appropriate compensation for the distress, inconvenience, time, and disruption caused
* Written confirmation of how and when this matter will be resolved
Please also note that we have now contacted the relevant Ombudsman service regarding this matter and are pursuing advice concerning further action available to us under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Given the continued failure to resolve this complaint within a reasonable timeframe, we are also considering obtaining an independent inspection report and pursuing recovery of costs through the appropriate legal channels if necessary.
This letter should be treated as a final opportunity to resolve matters amicably before escalation.
I require a full written response within 7 days from the date of this letter.
Yours faithfully,

Had our new French doors installed today. Jordan & Guy our fitters were punctual, polite, friendly and professional whilst completing their work to a high standard, respected our property and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you lads.

I would avoid at any cost. I have a guy come in and sell me a door, did a credit search and got my finance in place then sends a letter that they cant do the job. No reason why, no one to speak to. The worst customer service ever, they didn't call to apologise or offer an alternative.

I am regretting that I did not read the reviews before allowing this company to schedule an appointment for initial ''no-obligation'' quote. Apparently, that never happens because the sales rep will push you to decide and say a 'Yes' or you lose the offer which I assume is what they do to every customer and in making us fall in this trap he promised that if we change our minds before 7 days we can cancel for a full refund that would be credited immediately. WHAT A SHAME AND WHAT A LIE Now when I call the customer service they are saying 28 days and WHY? WHY 28 DAYS ? so that at least you can earn some interest on that money? What kind of a national company is this? I hope after reading my review even if one persons thinks twice before accepting your offer I will thank God.

Whilst I appreciate that everyone has a different experience with this company, I have to say that mine has been shockingly bad and I wouldn't recommed Safestyle to anyone.
I had my door fitted back in Febuary and there were severe scratch marks on the door frame and the handle was also marked. I was advised that they would be out to repair the faulty parts.
Two months later they eventually came out with a completely different colour to the door we'd had fitted.....really don't know how this could happen when they fitted the door and did the order to replace the damaged piece.
After numerours calls to find out when they were going to come out again and after multiple false promises that someone would call me, I eventually received a text message to say they'd be out on the 15th May.
I took the day off work and waiting patiently but surprise surprise, no-one bothered turning up and also no effort made to contact me to say they couldn't make it.
Again, multiple phone calls and assurances that i'd get a call back but to date, still waiting.
I also had them measure up my windows when they initially came out to do the door. This was something we'd be doing in the future. When I asked for the quote for the windows, I was basically called a liar and that this measuring didn't take place. This was later back-tracked on and I was instead given the excuse that the salesman's children had drawn all over the measurements and the quote......this is almost as bad as saying 'my dog ate my homework!'
Numerous promises of a call back that never happen.....customer services pretty much non-existant.
From start to finish the process has been a joke.
If you've had a good experience with this company then good for you. My personal recommendation is to stay well clear. My issues have been going on for over three months now and still waiting to be resolved.
