Bought a pair of shoes from SRHOST.NL. After a week I got a totally different pair of shoes. Tried to contact seller (Calvin Lee - calvinlee00311 at gmail.com) and the company dealing with the payment (SafeSSLBillPay - service at safesslbillpay.com) without any result. Not surprisingly as it now turns out.

I ordered my credit card company to retrieve my payment but I fear they cannot.

I hope Calvin buys himself a poisoned Foe Yong Hai from my money and dies a horrible death leaving his widow and 7 kids in pure agony.

Ordered a grey pair of Tod’s moccasin shoes, received a cheaply made white plastic flat shoes from China that didn’t look anything close to the pair that I ordered. I called them at the customer service number listed on their website but is a fake number and does not connect. They charged me $10 more than what was the actual cost and said it was due to the currency exchange even though it was paid in the exact same currency. They do not respond to emails. They send you an email after payment is processed and tells you it will show up as FHT*JOSH ILOG on my credit card, DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM!!!!!!!

Scam. Ordered Nike Celso flip flops. Received some cheap flip flops from china that were nothing like ordered.

It is fraud and scam. They draw money and contribute to illegal sale from webpages in our own country. Usually for shoes, which is claimed to be genuine but usually even not a copy product - a totally different product than you were buying. They use and abuse custom legislation and the seems to be no limits in the effort to cheat money from people for useless product. EVERY ALARMCLOCK ought to sound, when you see the name of safessbillpay in connection with a buy.

This is a SCAM website! The website says they are selling Clarks branded footware but is actually a big hoax, a fraudster. Once you purchase an item you will realise they also use different email addresses ie. come from completely different network domain, such as clarks-sandals.com lisa[at]discounts-agents.com, auto16[at]safesslbillpay.com, or service[at]safesslbillpay.com.
The item sent was NOT the right one and is even in very very poor quality and is damaged. And they are not cheap, damn it! I can't believe these people doing this. It's very dreadful. They should be penalised.

Don't even know what to say, I too got scammed, doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Ordered a pair of Ecco women shoes, got a pair of fake Nikes that nobody fit... why is this even allowed!! These scumbags, I spend 70 dollars for something not even close to what I ordered. I wrote them and told them I want a refund but doubt if I will ever hear from them again. I originally ordered from a website called keshawndodds.com, so please people, be aware of these scumbags that take our money and run....

I ordered one pairs of shoes. The money has been taken from my account. I got an email. It said that I would be receiving a tracking number - which is unknown by the transport company.
The buy cannot be cancelled. The company caseyscloset do not answer mails. STAY AWAY NEVER USE, its FRAUD in my opinion!

Purchased 3 x superdry sunnies for AU$121 thru website romabrief.eu who supposibly use safesslbillpay.com as their payment gateway and was delivered 3 x pair of random fake rayban sunglasses. Response from safesslbillpay.com Said they were just the payment service provider and would forward concern on, but no further correspondence was received. They also took considerably more than the payment currency exchange from pound to AU

www. redbridgepants .com also uses them. Gave me wrong item and are not co-operating. BEWARE!!!!!

Whatever you do in ypur life, never ever use Safessbillpay. They're not trustworthy and everything they'll tell you is a lie.
