It's been a month or so and I have yet to receive the carrier. It was marked as delivered but never made it. contacted customer service to be told it was marked as delivered. so I'm out 200 bucks and there's no way to refute the delivery or prove I didn't get it. and Im not willing to spend another 200 just to gamble on whether or not that one makes it. Oh well we live and learn. I just won't order again...

Ordering was super simple no complications. Receiving my order was even easier. Getting help with adjustments and sizing was also really easy. Overall, it was a really great experience.

Reliability was excellent my plates hard ones were backlogged but the company went ahead and sent me my soft plates as well as my lateral soft plates and promise me as soon as the backlogged heart plates were to come in, they would ship them immediately as it was said it was written it was done. I received them two weeks later very reliable company.

My initial order was for the uniform shirt carrier, because the carrier could be shipped immediately, but the ballistic panels were on a 2-week delay. I figured this would give me a chance to look over the carrier to see if the color would match my duty uniform.
I received the carrier in less than a week, and it matched, so I went ahead and ordered ballistic panels. The web site still had the panels listed as being delayed by 2-weeks, so I was happily surprised when I received them in less than a week.
After 19 years of wearing the internal carrier, I am really enjoying the comfort & convenience of the external carrier. Thank you.

The belt itself is a game changer the moment you first put it on. Sturdy and takes some of the weight off your lower back.

What I ordered was exactly what came. No surprises the quality is excellent

Took several weeks to mail out items. When I called customer service to ask about my items, they said it was because two belt items were on backorder. I said if you have the belt, why can’t you mail me that? They said they could and then stated that next time I need to let them know in advance to mail one if it’s ready to ship instead of as a group. This was a very odd request from a company who should just mail out what they have or at least communicate what the process is in advance.

I ordered the wrong size and they sent me the size upgrade fast and easy. Customer service is top tier. Belt is incredible

I am on my second Safe life duty belt. Bought the first about a year ago and then lost 46 pounds so I had to order a smaller size. Both times dealing with Safelife Defense has been a breeze. Highly recommend Safe Life for your law enforcement needs

Hello, in my opinion I really liked your product, the material its made with, how it looks and the idea of being able to remove the outer layer while keeping the inside layer in the jean loops... I believe its extremely useful and versatile, especially considering I have a disability. The things I did not like is that all of the advertisement for a for a tactical belt makes you think or believe its a very strong belt that can hold all of the accessories all around without folding or bending at all, unfortunately its not as sturdy and the price is quite high, also one of the things I dislike and am sure you all will be able to solve and improve is that the part where the belt loops around or through the cobra buckle, it forces the buckle to be twisted at an angle and is extremely visible and uncomfortable...

If only it could fold through the buckle without it sticking out or in would be wonderful, other than that it is a great product...

Ordered it for my boyfriend and absolutely loved it. Not too noticeable and comfortable.

My personal experience is that is not heavy and it hold all your gears in place. Without going anywhere it my first time buying it and would continue to use safe life defense armor for my next purchase. Love my belt and love the fact that i know is a picebof equipment that all last for quiet some time.
