I’ve been purchasing tactical ballistic vests from RTS Tactical for nearly a decade, and I’ve consistently been impressed with their products and customer service. The quality of the vests has always been excellent, and my orders are processed and delivered promptly.

Because I have a slimmer build, I usually sew a couple of extra pieces of Velcro above the existing Velcro to get a better fit. That’s simply a personal adjustment—the vests themselves are well made, durable, and give me confidence in their protection.

Over the years, the RTS Tactical team has also been great about handling my requests to return or exchange items whenever needed. Their professionalism and willingness to help have kept me coming back.

Overall, I prefer RTS Tactical over the other brands I’ve tried, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality ballistic gear backed by excellent customer service.

Great service there return policy is great, they do the right thing

Great transaction, great shipping, going to be a returning customer.

First they advised the product I purchased was in stock. The shipping information tab advises 2-3 business days. If the order is affected that they would reach out with an updated time/option. I ordered my package on 5/14/26… THEY NEVER REACHED OUT!! I called on 5/21/26 and was told it was being manufactured and should be done Saturday (5/23/26). I waited I called again 5/26/26 bc it still didn’t show shipped… I was told again it was still being manufactured and should be done in another week.finally received the package on 6/4/26.

Second they advertise the product having four quick disconnect tabs… the sides are but the shoulders are only Velcro. So again false advertisement and lying on their part. I would have went with a separate company in order to have a true 4 way quick disconnect… overall HORRIBLE experience!

Product was great and customer service was fantastic! Lead times aren’t the fastest but patience is worth it! Unfortunately sent it back due to not needing but they made the process so easy

The customer service is amazing! I needed to change my vest size and I was able to send the vest back and keep in communication with the customer service team the entire time!

Ordering was easy from product selection to checkout. The quality on the rifle plates is great and above my expectations. Placed them into my plate carrier and ready for work.

The bag was something I’ve been wanting and curious to see if it would fit my shield. When I looked at measurements and design it should fit my shield. After receiving and attempting to fit the shield, it’s not a perfect fit. I can’t return it or make adjustments. The sizing at the bottom it a little tight and not enough with.

The product is great and the company is seamless to work with.

Was impressed with the quality & design of the Pouch. Not sure how I'm going to use it now as it is slightly larger than I thought. (Which is great). Will be using it this weekend so I have a better idea.

The online store is well organized and easy to navigate. The items I selected were promptly shipped and arrived without issue.

Price was awesome, quality is exceptional, shipping was fast , and they even reached out to see if everything was good. They won me over and I'm a customer for life.

Customer service, shipping time and price

The great customer service that answered very specific questions about size and weight. The product speaks for itself. I now have two kits from RTS that are very different but both very high quality.

Very nice material

The shipping was pretty quick which is an added bonus. When I picked it up and looked it over, the material was of good quality as well as the stitching was great.

It was petty easy to attach the dump pouch to my duty belt. With the mag pouch outside of the dump pouch it not only freed up some more space on my duty belt it doesn't take up any room inside of the pouch. Folds up pretty nice and I have it sitting low on the belt so the mag doesn't dig in to my side as well. The opening is just enough to put things in and get them out without having anything come out of the opening. The thigh strap is an added bonus too to keep everything from moving around when you are moving.

It does what they say it does. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality dump pouch and needs to free up some space too.
The only thing I would add to it is, where the elastic retention is for the magazine I try using a kydex insert because through normal usage it could tear. But it still does the job.

I'm very pleased with this quality dump pouch. I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars.
