Ordered an Axkid car seat…chased it up after a few weeks to be told it would be with me mid Sept. Got to mid Sept, chased again, now it’s mid Oct! Reply was ‘did you not get the email?’ No! Didn’t get sent one. At least they are quick to respond when you get in touch, but a nearly two month wait is pushing it!

Can’t recommend Safe Journey Car Seats enough! 30 seconds in the seat and he was asleep, must be like lying on a cloud ☁️ .. and one of the safest seats 🎉 Thankyou to Sarah for being the baby whisperer this morning 😂 we are very grateful for the work you do ❤️

Amazing experience, very friendly. Couldn’t do more to help, my partner and me left feeling at ease with using our sons new seat and felt he was as safe as he could be. Would definitely recommend and well definitely use them for all our future car seats.

We were unsure which car seat to order but decided on the Axkid Minikid 2 after talking through our requirements. Once we’d decided, we ordered our car seat and received it the next day! We received great support on how to install.

From my initial messages about purchasing online to the car seat being install and fit checked by the team was 48 hours and that was with it being sent and delivered too.

Out of 5 or 6 colours showing as available, there were only 3 in stock. I was only made aware of this once I placed my order. So, something that might need to be addressed regarding the website. I settled for a different colour to avoid the hassle of a refund and I needed the item asap. Sarah said a free gift would be included, but no free gift arrived with the order.
Other than that, I can't fault the service.
