I am using a safecourt coffee grinder for 2 years now and I am very satisfied with the quality of the machine. Recently I had a problem and the customer service solved this problem for me very fast. Within the same day I received a response from them and my problem was handled very quickly.

Good creme, broke the pot
when it worked it was excellent, however, clumsy as I am I broke the pot within a month and have been unable to buy a spare since (not available). Furthermore if I keep breaking pots monthly this is a good product, however will be to expensive for me, and does not weigh the quality of the product

Nice but not as durable as stated on their online description
I like the containers for meal prep and that they are entirely made of glass. They are seal proof and keep food fresh. However, in the first week I found that one of the glass containers had a chip around the rim even after minimal light usage and careful handling. I wasn’t too happy about that as the containers are not cheap in price and described on their website as “Made of thick, sturdy glass that does not wear or discolour, even with intensive use”.
