Yes that means you are unable to withdraw in FIAT but you can withdraw any coin instantly.
Platform is bringing you the most privacy and security services to keep your trades safe. That is why its name is Safe. You can contact their support on multiple channels and they going to do their best to help you out.

All the well known coins are there and even some others which are hidden gems.
It may have low liquidity but they have to start somewhere and low liquidity can gain you good price differencies compaired for eg. Binance.

3) quality projects hosted like bitcoinz, digibyte and safecoin
4) LTC trade pairs make trading even cheaper
5) NO long or difficult KYC procedures
6) Very low fees
What else could someone possibly want to have?
