Edit. 3.5 stars Oddly enough, the remaining find transfer showed up a few hours after my review on trust wallet. My experience had me waiting nearly 8hours for the first deposit and 3 days (server maintenance was performed during this time) for my second deposit to arrive. But all funds are present and available now

Deposit from BSC also hasnt arrived. I always send one minimum deposit first, confirm it's arrived, which it did, and then send the second larger amount after confirmation of the first arriving. Initially I assumed it may take some extra time but it has been since November 17th a review below me has stated as well. I am unsure of what the delay is or if it's completely lost for what ever reason which doesn't make sense

Can't login for a week. They don't answer support tickets. Deposit hasn't arrived

They have an enormous backlog in deposits on BSC - it takes some users 11 days to see their money (still not). Support isn't responding.

Login sessions too short for a trading portal, sometimes it is not reachable or has too long latency times.

i dont know why are they recieving low stars recently, because they were getting full stars before. for me as a new user to safetrade i was a little worried at the first place. i was mining uraniumx in my wallet and decided to change and transfer it and i saw that i must have minimum 100k btc sat to withdraw!! so i changed it to clore and withdraw easily with min 1clore.
i recieved my money as soon as i requested.
the only issue i had, i didnt recieve confirmation code for adding address, that was in spam folder
and second i couldnt find telegram channel and live support in the website, maybe i didnt notice carefully.
anyway i am 100 percent positive with you guys. hope yo have all great times

I made a withdrawal request on August 15, 2023, bank transfer since. Unable to retrieve the usdt, no response from them.
So be careful!
Problem, finally resolved on 30/09.

I don't know what happened. I was doing fine up until Aug 28th. Depositing Tether and buying Pulse. But today the deposit of Tether never showed in Wallet. The transaction showed it left coinbase and showed successful in Etherscan but It never showed up in safe trade wallet. ??

Deposited mistakenly 9 BUSD instead of USDT. Support ignores my requests for refund. Unfriendly service. Still the case but I’ll rate it with 4 stars don’t want to get banned from the site

No problems with me at all. I deposited and withdrew. I'm not sure why the negative reviews.

It took about 4 hours to transfer my .31 ETH in to the platform but finally worked so I am withdrawing my 1 star!! Upgrading to 4 stars!! If they can fix the speed I will upgrade to 5 STARS! It was on the only places to buy PULSE so Kudos for that! Thanks!

I use SafeTrade all the time from Australia. Great platform. I see lots of people giving negative reviews but then they get a legit response from them. I recommend. 👍

I withdrew SUI from this exchange. It is been 6 days still the transaction is pending. SUI transactions are almost instantaneous. I emailed their support still no response. I am not even getting any confirmation emails. This is a scam exchange. Stay away from them.

Update:
They contacted and send me a confirmation link for the withdrawal. It worked.

I can’t log in to safetrade when I put in authentication code it don’t do nothing

I registered today and I have rather a question (help send, I'm waiting for the answer, no live chat I can see...)
I send BNB, it was ok, I sold, it was ok, I bought PLS - ok, and I wanted to send back to my MM wallet and I xcan see pending at my address but also when I click it it says that pin code was sent and I need to confirm account...but nothing arrived to my e-mail, no pin code...someone has the same issue? Or maybe I just need to wait as the transfer will be completed...?

Scam. Once they receive your money, they won't allow you to withdraw.

Update: They now allow me to withdraw. My transaction amount is less than 15 USD. I still wouldn't trust this exchange with any larger amounts for now.

You can trust this exchange. It's very fast and efficient. I believe that the people that are complaining about the 403 error that sometimes appears did not try to refresh the page. After doing this, they might also need to completly scroll to the top of the page. I solved all the 403 errors that I have received that way. It's only a minor cosmetic bug from their website. Nothing to worry about. The trades itself are fast, secure and efficient, and they offer fast deposit and withdrawals.

I setup my account super fast and easy. Transfered USDT without issues and bought PLS with ease. Not sure why people here are bad mouthing this platform. Works fine.
