Beware

The item I ordered was no longer available. They emailed to offer an alternative which was twice the price. I asked for a refund by email and got no reply for nearly a week. Eventually got a response from them after I posted a review. They promised a refund which didn't come. Finally got my money back after nearly 3 weeks. Not terribly impressed.

Unfortunately, whilst we are not in lockdown in the UK, the pandemic is still causing lockdowns across the global supply chain and causing delays in product reaching the UK in a timely manner. This means on occasions there are difficulties obtaining product that has been ordered and in these instances we try to offer an alternative where applicable before refunding the customer as we do not wish to leave the customer without an alternative solution. On most occasions, customers are very understanding when this happens. The closing statement in our initial email to you was "Would you like to take one of these bits instead? Or would you prefer me to cancel and refund your order?" so to characterise ourselves as having attempted to bait and switch you in to a more expensive product is very unfair, we expressly offered you a full refund openly and upfront.

We regret we were unable to fulfil your requirements. As soon as your email was brought to our attention we responded and refunded straight away. Once the refund had been submitted, the speed of repayment is between Paypal and your bank. We are unable to intervene to speed it up as it is a matter between your bank and Paypal.

You originally reviewed us one star, then you changed the review to 4 stars and put that we were very helpful. But because the refund didn't come through as quickly as you would have liked you changed the review back to one star which we feel is very unfair.

Brilliant service

I ordered the wrong size bit, I emailed them to which they replied within a hour returned them and got a replacement size the next day brilliant service will defo been ordering again

Excellent service, particularly when I realised I ordered the wrong size the returns process was very simple and I had a new bit sent straight away .

I contacted the company to find out some information and they didn't get back to me, so i wouldn't use again.
