Sachin & Babi is pleased to offer complimentary alterations on gowns priced at $895 or more. Customers who purchase through our website or at our New York City showroom are invited to enjoy complimentary side seam and hem alterations at no additional cost, ensuring a truly impeccable fit.
A $50 security deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable at the time of your visit. Once alterations are completed, your garment becomes a final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Additionally, returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed during alteration appointments.
Alteration Turnaround Time
Main Collection: Approximately 3 weeks
Karigar Collection: Approximately 6 weeks
