Very attentive, customer service however still waiting for the credit to my original payment

The dress is lovely, but the delay in processing refunds is truly problematic. There are taking interest-free loans from their clients. It is not a good experience.

The quality of the dresses are spectacular.

I ordered a dress and the zipper did not work. I contacted them and returned the dress, howeverthey were unwillingI to provide a refund rather just wanted to give me store credit. I had to involve my credit card to get a refund. During this time I had bought a second dress from them and returned it as it did not fit me and after six weeksthey hadnot refunded the money until I called them and prodded them. Looking at the reviews there were many reviews that said that their customer service was lacking, and that people‘s credit cards were not being reimbursed after items were returned. In an age when there are many merchants to provide beautiful dresses for women, customer service should be a premium. I do not recommend

Jessica was so nice and helpful. As soon as i described my daughter’s wedding details she immediately knew which dress would be just right. It wasn’t the style that I had in mind but it was perfect! She took into account my size and shape.

Ordered from S & B size guidelines and dress was at least 2 sizes too big. Asked for exchange of size, even willing to pay shipping both ways. Relied on their sizing, Did not ask for refund as it was a final sale but just a straight size exchange. Absolutely zero help. Beware when ordering from this company.

I was challenged making a return and you’re emails went straight to spam in difference from other Dress vendor like McDuggal My Theresa Rebecca Vallance etc

Aside from our satisfaction with the quality of clothing ordered, a return was necessary for sizing. I was informed to allow 30 days for refund to process, which ultimately took 39 days to have the $1,100 credited to my account. Unacceptable!

The quality of the dresses from Sachin & Babi is amazing. Customer service was top notch when I had an minor issue.

I cannot say enough about how great Sachin & Babi was to work with. I made a big mistake with my order and they were quick and friendly in helping me correct it. The dresses are beautiful. The photos online don't come close to showing the quality of the fabric and the detailed construction of the garments. Great company to work with and you will love their dresses.

Good service easy to return or exchange

Dresses delivered super quick, packed in a way that makes you feel like you've ordered a luxury product. The fabric/patterns are gorgeous in styles for everyone! Love that the return policy which allows you time to decide which dress and size is best. Highly recommend - will def order from here in the future.

I didn’t expect to find a gown that is perfect for me in may ways: Style, color combination, pockets, elegant but not flashy. The Simone gown hit all the marks! I was also very supported by the team with my ‘exchange, not quite an exchange’ situation. The size I ordered was too big, when I realized this I tried an exchange for the smaller size, which at the time was available but not so by the time my return showed up for inspection. I received great communication as the package tracking continued and got confirmation of receipt. I was unable to secure the smaller size, but due to timely updates, I was able to reorder the 1st size in time for alterations in advance of my event. I will check Sachin & Babi the next time I have an event and have shared your site with friends.

Beautiful and well made gowns. Pre-orders were earlier than expected. The NYC showroom consultant, Jessica, was great.

I am awaiting refunds of dresses that didn’t work. Hopefully, no issue. Otherwise, I would recommend. Will order again too.
