Our first purchase of Discovery has…
Our first purchase of Discovery has been truly memorable with the exceptional customer experience by Rybrook Land Rover Stoke -on-Trent. Hasib Naseri (Sales Rep) is a great professional and a very good human being to deal with. He made the entire process seamless and memorable at every step for us. Hasib took care of every detail and ensured we were fully informed at every step of the process. Each and every person we met at the dealership was courteous, welcoming and took good care of the entire process. Extremely grateful..
If you want to buy your first or next Landrover, then Rybrook Stoke-on-Trent is the dealership I would highly recommend. Great guys...I wish the team at Rybrook Stoke on Trent all the very best and kudos for their great job!!

I think the feedback speaks for itself
I think the feedback speaks for itself. Bought a Porsche from Chester (owned by Rybrook). Was lied to from the outset regarding an engine issue. Washed their hands of it. Escalated to Simon Sheldon the group COO. He basically said its fine to sell a 100k car with engine issues. Joke of an outfit, stick to Jardine or Sytner. Don’t go near rybrook. Now going to court
Lack of Transparency and Communication Marred My Experience
I recently had my Volvo serviced at Rybrook Bolton and was left deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication. The process from booking to service was beset by hidden costs, poor communication, and surprising lack of organisation from a main dealer, which left a sour taste.
Booking online was my first stumbling block as no pricing was available during the process. The base cost of the service was a major surprise, especially as it was almost double from the previous year. While I understand that prices may rise, not having this information upfront during the booking process made it challenging for me to budget appropriately. This lack of transparency is disheartening, particularly during the current financial climate.
My experience with the service centre's communication was deeply unsatisfactory. The lead-up to the service was marked by a disconcerting silence from their end, forcing me to reach out a day prior to confirm both the pricing and the details of vehicle collection. Despite providing a specified window for vehicle pick-up, they didn't adhere to it, with the collection occurring later than advised. In an era where superior customer service is paramount, this lapse from Rybrook Bolton felt like a glaring oversight.
On the service day, I was informed about additional work required on my vehicle which led to the final cost being significantly higher than expected. The financial surprise coupled with the already increased base cost was a shock, further exacerbated by the lack of advance warning.
Upon vehicle return, I found the cleaning service to be incomplete, a small detail that could have improved the overall service experience. The main cabin was cleaned, but the boot was overlooked, a half-done job that further added to my disappointment.
In all honesty, the quality of the work performed on the vehicle was excellent, and the video walk-through feature was impressive. But these positive aspects were overshadowed by the lack of transparency and communication.
This experience has left a stain on my perception of the Volvo brand and Rybrook Bolton. It's disheartening that a premium brand like Volvo, which is eager to be known for its customer-centric approach, was lacking in these basic principles at Rybrook Bolton. Regrettably, this experience discourages me from recommending Rybrook Bolton to others, and it has also affected my decision for future vehicle purchases.
Transparency, communication, and customer service are key elements in creating a good experience for customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Rybrook Bolton fell short on these elements.

Paul was very helpful and got me a really great deal on my car. He was really kind and welcoming and made the whole thing very easy.
Outstanding Sales support from Jemma at Rybrook Bolton
Outstanding Sales support from Jemma McCarthy. Today was our first visit to a Volvo showroom and what a refreshing change it was. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and not under pressure to buy.
Jemma took the time to explain the different variants of the model we were interested in, she built various different options to make sure that we built and priced the right car for us. A no hassle test drive was arranged with minimal paperwork.
The whole process was very relaxed and simple, and we have ordered our first Volvo of the back on this visit. Other manufactures will need to evolve to keep up with Volvo.
Shocking service
If there was an option for no star then that would be where I’m at.
I found a car with the salesman at Warrington, paid the money to secure the vehicle and they sold it on me.
Luckily a car which was almost identical came in so again I secured the vehicle, AGAIN they sold this vehicle and then the lies started.
The salesman I was dealing with at Warrington emailed me telling me he would get all the financial agreement in place, the end of the following week I called them to see what was going on and then I start getting passed around, the original salesman never got back to me. I found out that the car was sold in Cheshire as I called them and they was shocked at my treatment.
The sales manager at Warrington said he will sort something out for me, only to here nothing until after 6pm when he emailed to say he can’t find nothing and he will contact me if anything came in.
This is clear they don’t care and they just wanted to wash their hands of it.
Shocking service is an understatement.
AVOID RYBROOK BIRMINGHAM AT ALL COSTS
Purchased a £100,000+ Aston martin DB11 from Rybrook Birmingham.
Initially gave a part ex value of my Ranger Rover at £52k and all photos and videos of the car were sent. When went to make the exchange for the AM, they reduced the value of the RR to £48k. I still went for it considering I was wanting the AM.
After 2 weeks of getting the DB11, the car went in twice to Rybrook for faulty brakes, and issues with wheels and alignment. I had to give them a reference of AM directly to actually showcase what was required to be done in order to resolve the brakes issue. So after buying a car like DB11, they would not take the time to resolve the issue.
In my 15 years of purchasing cars, this is been the worst dealership ever.
I had to eventually get the alignment fixed myself otherwise the car would still be with Rybrook for days and days and it would still probably not resolve my issue.
I would suggest and recommend NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM RYBROOK AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. No after-sales service at all.
Due to this experience, I have given up on the AM DB11 and changed it. I feel bad for AM as it is a beautiful thing but Rybrook has somehow ensured that I will never buy an AM.

Rybrook Worcester
Rybrook Worcester.
Been buying Mini's from other sites since 2008 and always had great customer service but this has been the worst sales experience and customer service I have ever encountered. Long winded and unpleasant process (4 separate issues, which all had to be chased up) and therefore would personally not recommend.
Absolutey dreadful service
I previously put a 5 star review for this dealer, but honestly, it's been an absolute nightmare since.
If I could give no stars, I genuinely would. The service department from top to bottom are run by half-wits. They replaced my right hand side control arm, with a left hand side one, and said my car was repaired and aligned.. what a farce!
This is only one of the many issues that my car has. It's an absolute sham!
6 months of non stop issues with the car I bought from here, no real apologies, and I assure you at times you'd be better of speaking to a brick wall, as they are hands down the most stubborn, and unapologetic dealership I've ever dealt with.
From sales to service, I couldn't recommend a thing. The buying experience was a pleasure, but EVERYTHING since has been nothing short of a nightmare. Spend almost £40k, to be treated as if I've not spent a penny with them.
Even another BMW dealer local to me were shocked at the shoddy worksmanship being carried out by what is supposed to be another main dealer BMW.
I implore with you guys to take the negative reviews with weight as I wish I had also. It's been 6 months of absolute hell, the notorious no response to email other talk about is genuinley a major issue. One that runs from the top end of the business down to the very bottom.
Case is now with the Financial Ombudsman, who I hope will relieve me of this lemon that they have sold me. Would not recommend to my worst enemy...
XC60 Rybrook Bolton
I have just purchased an XC60 from Volvo Rybrook Bolton and from the first phone call nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Craig where friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Requested a personal video, received within a couple of hours. Service was so good drove 5 hours to purchase the car. Flowers for the wife was a lovely touch.
Mini Stratford are awesome
Mini Stratford are awesome! I have used Mini Stratford now 3 times since owning my used Mini. I bought the vehicle outside of the dealer network, thinking this might effect how I was treated but no! In fact I rang them while I was actually looking to buy a Mini, visited their sales dept on a Saturday morning and met a very knowledgeable sales person. Explained we were looking to purchase a Mini for my wife but needed to make sure it fitted around family life. We made it clear it was unlikely we would buy from them at the start (due to our budget). But the sales person spent an hour with us and got out every single variant of Mini for us to sit in and play with. Went through all the specs and explained all the difference. Then the Aftersales team went through all the things to look out for when buying a used Mini outside of the dealer network, and offered a free check over on our new car once we had bought it. We found our perfect car and purchased, and took it into Mini Stratford for its check over. They gave us an honest over view of the car and even updated the electronic service record! I have since used them another two times for check overs and each time they have been fantastic. Great sales and Aftersales teams here at Stratford Mini. I myself have been in the motor industry for 20yrs in senior management and I use them in my examples to train staff. Well done team Mini Stratford
Dishonest,Unreliable BMW Agent
After purchassing a series 2 BMW in May 2022, I was told that the vehicle was fully serviced prior to collection @ approx 7500miles.The salesman said the next service would be required in approx 12 months .On 1/09/22 this dealership contacted me saying the car was due for service on 1/10/22 at approx 10000miles. I contacted the dealership and after 5 calls i was phoned back.Basically they are saying it wasnt due for service when i picked the car up and the car now requires a lubrication service at approx £300.I was also promised that a vehicle manual and key fob battery were to be posted to me but have never arrived. I certainly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership and advise any potential customers to be aware of there after sales cons.My concerns and disgust have also been sent to BMW who up to now have failed to respond.

Probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made! Sales executive Lee Dwayre (Rybrook Preston) made the whole experience from initial enquiries to final hand-over a very simple and straight forward affair. He answered all questions in a matter of fact way and I felt confident in buying the car. I would definitely recommend Rybrook Preston.
One star is being generous
One star is being generous. Literally every time Rybrook Worcester has had my car the dealership cause problems. On the latest occasion when I went to collect my car there was an 18" scratch down the side of it..... no apology from the dealership. I took it to a paint specialist that charged me £50 cash to do the job and BMW refuse to pay it. Had I done what the dealership wanted I would have to have dropped the car off get my wife to follow then bring me back, then same again to collect it, so I'd lose a few hundred pounds from lost earnings. Hence I chose a local specialist to do the job also I have no trust in BMW.
Added to this I have had several previous problems with Rybrook Worcester. Once I wanted to replace the front grills, so they decided to just rip the old ones off snapping them..... they were too lazy to take them off correctly so went with a ham-fisted method. Another issue was a leaking headlight washer this took them almost 3 years and 4 attempts to do. Their service is shocking bad, the staff are rude and unhelpful. I will never buy another BMW again. Oh almost forgot the warranty claims, on the last 2 occasions they have found things costing well over £1000 each time, odd considering these issues didn't exist when I left the car with them. I will now start legal action against them unless they pay for the damage they did to my car.
