Great customer service
Initial delivery didn’t arrive but customer service was excellent, personal message to say it would be delivered by tracked delivery and it arrived the next day, product perfect fit.

Good for double unders
Quick delivery and one of the best ropes I've used so far for double unders. It doesn't get tangled when doing big sets which is a problem I've found with other ropes

Received great customer care after initial issue
EDIT: After posting this review, the business got in touch to explain my emails were not initially received and I have now received a tracking number. Thank you Jo at RXROX!
Order placed middle of last week. No tracking number provided, even though my delivery was Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Emailed several times to no response and sent message on social media, to no response.
I have no idea where my order is and have no way of finding out if I'll even receive it.
Have asked the company for a refund if there's no movement by the end of the week but doubt I'll receive that as they won't respond to me???

Great Company - Excellent Customer Service
Purchased some Velites Quad Ultra Grips - due to a stock issue the color I ordered was not available but customer service contacted me and gave me choice to select different color and sent it out next day delivery.
2 months later the grips got ripped during a WOD, contacted RXROX to replace under warranty and they sent me out replacement straight away with no issues!

Really pleased, quality product and great service
Ordered the Velite hand grips. I was in two minds over the sizing. Went for the smaller one which was too small. Contacted RXROX they were really helpful and explained how to exchange for a larger size. Really easy with a quick turnaround. Velites are top quality at a really good price. I’ll definitely order from RXROX again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
COULDN'T FAULT THEIR SERVICE! Honestly, I have never received such good service. I didn't ask for it, they just delivered!
I ordered an item from RXROX specifically for a competition but due to an error with Royal Mail it hadn't arrived in the time I expected. I contacted the team & they contacted the local depot where the item had been held up. I informed the team I needed the item for a specific day & they went out of their way to go to the depot to collect the item so they could send it to me. Unfortunately, due to travel if they had of resent it I wouldn't of received it in time. I just happened to mention that the competition I was doing was in Manchester. I liased with Jo at RXROX who organised for the item to be dropped off at the accommodation I was staying at in time for the competition. Honestly, I have never received such good service. I didn't ask for it, they just delivered!

Ordered twice now with RXROX from placing the order to checkout everything was fine. My first order I placed using 24hr Royal Mail tracking. Expecting my order the next day. RXROX shipped my order within the time frame of there same day dispatched that's stated on the website. Although my order didn't arrive the next day this was not the fault of RXROX, its royal fail I mean mail. Once the parcel is passed to Royal Mail there is nothing anyone can do but wait, it's frustrating but it is what it is, I understand this and therefore see no problems with RXROX. My order arrived a little late than expected but the items are as described and I'm very happy with my purchase. I can't fault the customer service at all response to emails is almost instant, I would definitely recommend RXROX to my family and friends and will be a returning customer in the near future. Thank you
