Paid but never received the flowers
Paid but never received the flowers. Have emailed them multiple times and also contacted them via their webform but no response. Have disputed through my bank via chargeback and reported to fraud action and trading standards.

Scam! I got caught twice which was silly of me. 2 different flower orders as first one I got the address wrong so reordered again thinking I could resolve. £140 and not seen a single flower! Tried calling - the number just rings out.

This is potentially a fake company and has stolen £53 from me. Ordered flowers for delivery and paid extra for delivery before 12pm. They didnt meet this deadline and having called numerous times, each time being given assurances (lies!) that delivery will be done soo, but nothing came. The person i spoke to said they wont give refund, even though i have not received delivery!! Told to call after 6pm which i did, only to have no one answer the calls as their office is now closed. Seriously - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Rushes Flowers (aka Rushes Flowers & Plants) - they are con artists.

Shocking communication during a sad emotional time
Rushes Florist put me through stress in a very emotional time. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my old work as a colleague had passed away. They didn’t arrive on the date I had booked for. I couldn’t call them as I now live in Australia. I sent two follow up emails, two Facebook messages (which they read and didn’t respond!). The flowers arrived by the end of the week. In times of grief, flowers should arrive at an appropriate time. Exceptionally poor communication - as in no communication whatsoever. I would have been fine with the flowers arriving a few days late if they’d just told me. I was starting to think they’d run off with my money. If you’re looking for a stress free ordering experience in a sad emotional situation, I would not recommend ordering through Rushes Florist.
