Appalling service. The recipient didn’t answer door in time and they took flowers back to the shop (they use Addison Lee to deliver rather than their own service). When I called to check up (on a working Friday early afternoon) there was no answer on their telephones and the email I sent said they were not open again until Tuesday. Immediately cancelled my card payment until the dispute is settled. Their flagship store is closed also so there is definitely something going on with this company.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. ADVICE TO NOT ORDER FROM THERE EVER. The bouquet advertised for 200£ arrived looking like the one from the tube station that’s not worth 30£ even. SCAM FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

My go to florist- never been disappointed, consistently deliver super high quality flowers and always happy to work together with bespoke designs even at the last minute!

Never answer the phone. They ignore complaints. False promises to rectify complaint. 7 months later, complaint still outstanding. Endless voicemails left. Not a single call returned. Con men florist

Stunning flowers sent by a friend. However the next day they weren’t alive anymore, over £100+ spent and didn’t hear back from customer service

I ordered the flowers for 25/9’s anniversary on the 22/9 at noon, and received the confirmed email. On the 25th, I waited for the hold day but did not receive anything. This is so ridiculous.

Terrible service!
Never order flowers from this website.
They just simply forgot to deliver the order.
I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my wife’s birthday 5 days in advance.
It hasn’t been delivered without any notification.
