Photo evidence request for a return

Bought 2 pairs of shorts with what’s meant to be a secure pocket for phone but it’s way too big and phone just jiggles about. Checked returns policy ahead of ordering them and it states you can request a return by email. I have done this and received a reply asking for a detailed reason which I gave. I was then asked to provide photo or video evidence of the phone moving about, which seems unnecessary so I politely declined and gave further specific details as to my reasons for wanting to return. I have now not heard anything back for several days. Really poor customer service and out of line with their online returns policy which gives no mention of needing to provide photo evidence!

Shocking service

Shocking service. They charge £4 for delivery, then I’m still waiting for the product 10 days later.
The tracking they provide shows no information at all. My link has been saying “on its way” since the 6th. This showed up within a matter of hours of paying.

I have now lost patience for waiting and requested a refund and cancellation of my order.

Don’t waste your time and money

The women's training shorts are comfy…

The women's training shorts are comfy and move well. Good stretch, doesn't roll down. I do wish the size guide were more detailed, but customer service helped me pick the right fit.

Clearly a scam site

Clearly a scam site, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Item received well after the given date and quality of the products is poor. I have been offered 30% return on one order and 40% on another order but I have to return them to China at my own expense?!! Red flags everywhere, please do not get conned by this company.

Poor Quality NOT worth the PRICE

The quality of the clothing is not worth the money. Spent £93 in the sale on 2 x running shorts with compression lining and 1 x long sleeve jacket. Sizes run VERY small, got large and only just fit. Given that I am losing fat, it will be ok and will fit better soon. BUT the shorts are made out of poor material, the inner lining IS NOT compression and nowhere near! It is a thin black material with no compressive element. MY ADVICE ...go to Decathlon...either online or in-store, much better quality for half the price. These products are not worth the money.

Poor quality, poor fit and refuse to return

Waited a longer than reasonable time for delivery and tracking showed they came from China. Product arrived in a clear polythene bag. No branding on bag or shorts at all and fit was poor. Inner lining tight but legs very loose. Nothing to show where they were from or what make and they are not cheap. The full price is a myth as they are always on sale. Attempted to return them as I don’t want them. Was told I can’t return for hygiene reasons ?? I only tried them of for about 15 seconds. How am i supposed to know if they fit ??. The customer service person insisted on giving be a voucher and told me to keep them. I do not want them and do not want to buy anything else from this company, so the voucher is of no use to me. All I wanted is a refund. Very poor service. Felt ripped off and scammed.

Update !!!! I have done as you suggested below and have had a response. The response is negative and states I accepted a voucher credit, however that was the only option I was offered. I was told a fecund was not possible as I had tried the item on for size. The item is still in its packaging and unused and the voucher also unused and there is nothing I want to buy from you after this experience. Please avoid buying from these people !!!

Small pack, Big performance

This windproof hooded jacket packs down really small. Perfect for early morning runs when it's cold warms up fast. Wish it had a longer zip, but the construction is solid.

Worst fitting shorts in the world …

I have never bought a pair of shorts let alone any piece of clothing that does not fit as per the size. This badly.

I am an L and I have had to order triple XL‘s. It is just insane how wrong their sizes are. For example they are almost like Lycra, not the inner shorts the actual shorts.
They are restrictive, you have to go 2 if not 3 sizes bigger. And as for the delivery 😂.wow I could’ve crawled to the other side of the world, in the amount of time it took them to post 2 pairs of shorts.
insane how this company is still going. I would never buy from them again, stick to new balance or a brand that really is true to size. okay it’s got a pocket for a phone ! Wow. Just go and buy a belt

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Terrible quality and sizing and customer service consistently changes its excuses and offers to avoid returns. I usually run in L and ordered XL and they are spray on fit. Shame on the running influencers pushing these products

!!!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Truly the worst customer experience I have ever seen.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and have been told numerous times that they have been shipped although they clearly haven't.

The customer service team don't respond for days and then same the same old lies. Now I am struggling to get a refund out of them so not only have I not got the items I ordered but I won't get my money back

The race shorts with the integrated waist belt are a game-changer. No bouncing, everything stays in place. Took about 10 days to arrive, but worth the wait.

AVOID

AVOID - Scam.
This company/website is a scam. It is a shell for shipping poor quality goods, having zero customer service and not following any kind of consumer laws.

I purchased some shorts which are poor quality, designed badly so do not fit and wont last. When trying to return them there is little to no response from their customer team with generic emails and no opportunity to return. If you google the contact address you can see it is a well known address from scam businesses.

Spring sale pricing made everything…

Spring sale pricing made everything feel really fair. The returns policy is 30 days, which gives enough time to actually test the gear properly. Overall, a good experience and would order again without hesitation.

Needed to exchange, customer service was fantastic.

Contacted them after I ordered the incorrect size and needed to exchange for a larger size. The initial response did take a few days but once I got a response the service was fantastic and they told me to keep the originals and they would send the larger size at no extra charge aside from me covering the freight. Goods arrived with a week and fit great!

The tee fabric dries so fast. Wore it for an interval session, and by the time I cooled down, it was nearly dry already. Material doesn't feel rough or scratchy after washing, either.

Don’t bother

Customer service team changes their stories email by email as to why an order hadn’t been shipped, and then why there were more delays.
Once it did arrive, the quality is poor, the sizing is poor, there are loose threads everywhere, the thermal lining is non existent. Getting a refund out of them is a painful experience.
Will be initiating a chargeback.

The company asked me to edit my review once they had eventually provided me a refund.

They provided the refund - still wouldn’t bother.
