Poor quality for price tag

Bought 2 caps (Budapest & Lumos Reflective), the delivery took ages but I put that down to end of year backlog, as I ordered Dec 30th and didn't receive until second week of Jan.

The quality of the Lumos cap is awful, really cheap feeling and the fit isn't great either. The logo piece is poorly sewn onto the cap as well, looks like a bad fake.

Both caps are made of 100% polyester which isn't stated in the description ("crafted from ultra-light, moisture-wicking fabric") and the peaks are far too big/stiff for a running cap imo.

Colours are fine, although the orange is not as deep as it looks on the website. Definitely not worth the price at £26 each.

Will stick to Buff for my future running headgear!

I've done three orders form RUNR now

I've done three orders form RUNR now, 4 different caps so I have a good idea of the range.

I have a large head and have no issues fitting in any of the caps I have bought. They are well made, practical and look good

I have a couple of the normal caps, one of the warmer weather ones and the silver reflective one which is amazing.

Not sure what the other reviews on here are reference too, but I found the whole experience fantastic.

My 5 stars is for the product...

My 5 stars is for the product as I've not had to return anything and I don't know what CS is like.

Decided to give RUNR another try, after a failed 1st attempt at purchasing some hats a year or so ago, mainly my bad. They're pretty 👌🏻
Good size/fit, material, fastening, colours and love the peak size, spot on.

Well packaged too!

You can find better elsewhere

Bought a baseball cap, supposed to be large. And while the strap adjustment caters for large circumference, the material of the hat means that it perches on top of the head, like a clown's.

It claims thousands of reviews, yet I'm the first one here.

It's returns policy sucks. Postage is not refunded. You pay for your own returns.

Not really worth my while bothering.

Shoulda checked Trustpilot first. I suspect that this may be just another fly by night drop shipment outfit. My bad.

Ah well.
