I have emailed so many times and alway gotten someone called MIA who was very rude in her replys i had recieved a dress that had a broken zip and the fabric quality was absolutely dreadful and not up to the usual standard you guys set. I returned the dress only to be told after sending many photos and even asked to send a video of the zip then to be told she will assess it when it arrives. 5 days later after it has been recieved your end and still no refund all i wanted was my money back this has caused terrible anxiety and all over a faulty dress. Terrible quality material with pulls all over it and the fabric was hard and scratchy. Nothing like it looked on the pictures i had purchased.

The material does not breathe at all unfortunately. It was like wearing a plastic bag on a warm summer day. Great cut & fit, but the fabric quality really let it down

The item quality is vastly inferior to…
The item quality is vastly inferior to the price point being asked. The material is cheap and itchy and not reflective of the photos on the website. The shape of the item (a dress) is clearly not cut in the way it is displayed on the model but more square. The company refuses to acknowledge this and only issues store credit. A refund is warranted for a manufacturer defect and also for subpar quality.

Runaway the label sent me a faulty item
Runaway the label sent me a faulty item. I contact them through their websites customer service enquiries system. I received an email the same day asking for photos of the issue. I sent photos through the same day. They responded quickly, acknowledged the fault and tried to offer me a replacement or store credit. I informed them that I would like a full refund due to the fact that the product they sent was faulty. This all took place on Monday 17th of November. I have emailed three times since with no response. I have also posted on their Instagram. The first was deleted with no response. The second was also deleted and they sent a direct message, which I responded to twice and still have not heard back from. This company is a scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY ! They are unethical and clearly lack all morals. I am in the process of raising a dispute with my bank and informing the ACCC of this companies practices.

My sister ordered some clothing which we’ve found to be faulty and 72 hours and nothing from them. She posted on their instagram and they deleted her comment!

I was told below to email the address belowbut that’s already the address we’ve been emailing with no reply - they got back pretty quickly at first offering store credit but if the item is faulty we want a full refund

This company wanted to charge $50 for a…
This company wanted to charge $50 for a return label to return a $160 dress. Their top sizes run way smaller than average and their sizing chart is incorrect. Other reviews mention the same issue about their abnormal sizing, but yet they fail to acknowledge the issue. Instead, they give you the runaround and a bunch of excuses as you will see if they respond here. DO NOT ORDER. Update: notice how the company responded about store credit which was not my complaint. That’s how they ignore customer’s concerns. Stop trying to rip people off by charging $50 to return a dress that weight less than one pound. Send a free label since your sizing is abnormal compared to other retailers and the sizing chart is unreliable.

Return policy and quality is awful
Return policy is awful, esp for an online store. Fabric is very cheap, honestly I’ve ordered better stuff off shein. Packaged in that horrible crinkly cheap plastic. Swimwear that I purchased for $150 dosnt even stay up in the water as the design and fabric is so poor. So disappointed. My fault for ordering $600 worth of clothing without checking the return policy more thoroughly.

Menswear, buyer beware
Pros - wide range of designs, some really original patterns and I genuinely love some of the purchases I've made. Responsive customer service and I've had no problems with the returns process when I've had to use it. I own at least five or six of their shirts that I absolutely love and wear often.
Cons - wild variations in product quality, two shirts of apparently the exact same design, only differing in colour (MASON black v ROMAN blue), will be made from two different material blends. Two shirts have arrived in very different shades than pictured on the website (NICK Navy & White is Brown & White on the website photo but is Light Blue & White in real life; AZARIAH is orange & white on the site, arrives red & white irl). On both occasions the company have told me this is a photography/lighting quirk. It's not, it's a clear misrepresentation of the product.
One shirt arrived with the lower hem curved instead of straight - it looks ridiculous on and needs to be adjusted professionally (NICK). The OWEN knitted shirts also cannot be put on a hangar as the mesh gets kinked out of shape at the shoulders where the cloth hangs off the edge of the hangar. You get a really unsightly warp/bubbling effect.

Trust the negative reviews!!!!!! . My daughter tried on the. Cheaply made and looking dress that looked good on website. it wouldn’t go over her body, I popped it back in the return bag a few days later to get a bigger size.
They received the return parcel and emailed me saying “mo refund” as the dress had a stain on the inside. I advised we did not make the stain (looked like fake tan, noting my daughter doesn’t wear that as she is brown skinned) They said you should have inspected the inside of the dress - it didn’t fit and I don’t normally look for inside a dress that should have been brand new but appeared to be second hand and they took no ownership. Should have trusted all the negative reviews.. $170 out of pocket Do not buy from them. They are scam artists. Consumer affairs have been contacted. They have well and truely ruined my daughter’s 16th birthday party outfit.
