Excellent!

Excellent website to choose from many rugs. I saw exactly what I wanted. I ordered it. It came quickly and in good order. The rug is very high quality and exactly what I wanted. So I ordered another one.

No refund for returned rug

I ordered 3 rugs. Two arrived within a couple weeks, and the other was back ordered. I was charged for the back ordered rug when I placed the order. The back ordered rug did not come for 3 months and there was no email or communication announcing its shipment. They did not even update my order on their website to reflect that it was shipped. I no longer needed the rug, so I tried to return it, but since the company had no record that it shipped, this was difficult. After that hurdle I shipped the rug back and they received it Feb 16. I still do not have a refund for the rug (it’s March 4th) despite 3 calls and their website saying “up to 10 business days”. I would be very careful and watch your credit card to make sure you get refunded for your returns!

Thanks for the store credit!

The rug is great and as described. Delivery was quick.
I had a hard time getting my account set up to claim my credit for prior/first time order. When accomplished it was used to get a matching runner

Too many to choose.

There were so many choices. All of the rugs look so beautiful. It took me awhile. I finally had to decide. Thank you and I can't wait for my rugs to arrive!

Beautiful rugs

Beautiful rugs! Navigating website is not easy. I had the rug name and sku#. Typed them into question area and nothing came up. Had to look through 100s of rugs to find the rug I was looking for.
