At last I found a 240x240 rug in an acceptable colour.
Hug range and easy to search by size, shape and colour.

Great price and couldn’t have been simpler to order. Can’t wait for delivery now

Had ordered before I read reviews and was a little worried...However rug arrived promptly, looked the same as photo and altough folded had no problem with creases....very impressed with quality for the price I bought the Red Serapi rug 500cm x 320cm at just over £400 to cover that large area ( and from USA) was a snip....Would definately use again...infact
looking now!
Edited to add I ordered on the 6th November and it
arrived on the 10th....no hassle at all.

Further update 14th November....Cannot stress how happy I am with this rug bought to throw over my mothers 40 year old faded pale pink threadbare carpet and as a backdrop to a recently acquired oxblood chesterfield suite( which did not look good on the stained pink) Now it is the feature of the room everyone is commenting first on the carpet not the Chesterfileld, antiques, sheepskin throws etc but the carpet! Even my Mother absolutely loves it as super soft and looks a lot more expensive...in fact recent visitors are sure I must have secretly won the lottery!

Ordered on the 9th Nov.. Then i read they are not in the UK and they scam...I contacted online chat the 10th Nov...This is what they said..

I am sorry that we were not able to cancel this order prior to it being loaded up for delivery. It is en route to your destination, but it will be easy to return once it arrives. If you prefer, we can initiate a return request and send you the necessary return instructions.

We cannot process a refund unless the item will be returned to us. Once you receive the package you are welcome to contact us and we will process a return label request for you. As mentioned above all important information are posted on fine print on our website. You are more than welcome to file a claim with your bank and we also have reserve rights to also counter claim as we have already shipped out what you ordered online, as based on our refund and return policy. Again, not being able to cancel an order is not a scam. Is there anything else for today?

Rug came and it was out of shape not square and poor quality...Just get one from dunhelm... Why deal with this outfit

They have complained to Trust Pilot to get this review off like they do with all bad reviews

Easy to view the products, lots of choice for colour and size.

Rug runner arrived with a number pulled threads and a brown mark .
Emailed on 20th October asked to send pictures , chased up no response. Call them and was told the pictures where in the wrong format ! Asked to send them again sent on 31st October . No response , chased up again - I'm still waiting for a response !!

Fast delivery great quality rug and highly rate this company and I would recommend I love my new rug it’s perfect thank you .

£199 rug- didn’t look like photos, wish I had looked at returns. £75 to send back to the company in Switzerland. Really a con. Not worth £199. So I will of paid £75 for nothing !! Don’t do it

Really good customer service, quickly sorted my order.
Very impressive and extremely polite.

I ordered a rug and their preferred supplier is UPS. Despite having the flat number the courier did not ring the flat.

Called UPs who said to call the sender ie Rugs UK who said they cannot put special instructions to ‘ring the flat number’

Order number is 6FP4BVFG3C!! And I was told by Rugs UK to wait until order is returned to reorder asking to ring the flat.
Such a farce and poor service!!

Rug arrived I attempted to not take delivery once I had read the reviews (too late!) This company is not a uk company as they profess but a USA company, they wouldn't authorise for shipping as a return so eventually I either had to lose over £100 for rug while it languished in an UPS warehouse or agree to take delivery of it so arrived and can honestly say its poor quality far less than I would expect for the money!! I certainly would never use or purchase from them in future my advice is buy elsewhere as customer service is beyond poor ie non existent quality is poor and you would have to pay to ship back to America..

I thought the company was based in the UK but they shipped from the United States. The design was rather different from what I saw in the pictures. I wanted to return it but they wanted me to pay £67 for a £89 rug (which now I understand was rather overpriced) to ship to Switzerland.
Totally regret shopping from this website.
Definitely stay away.

Took weeks to come and the delivery time was not within the window which ruined my plans. If I had known it came from the US I would'nt have ordered. The rug is overpriced as the quality is not good and looks cheap. A no from me! I would return but the costs to me would not be worth it.

Bought a rug last yr and wanted another the same. Company very helpful in finding it.

Ordered a rug for my baby’s room 3 weeks ago- it was never delivered by UPS and have been chasing the company to get my refund with no luck. DO NOT ORDER from Rugs.uk

Rug was wrong size. My fault. But I have to pay £75 to return it to Switzerland. The company is called rugs.co.uk but is based in the States. This may be legal but I consider it immoral. Sharp pracrtice.

When you’re purchasing a rug from them. You should know that this is not a UK retailer, However the address and the currency is misleading. When you want to return your rug, you should pay for a SHIPMENT to Switzerland's warehouse and it might cost from £100 to £200 based on the size! Keep that in mind!
