SHRINFLATION RIP OFF.
SHRINFLATION RIP OFF.
We all know products are becoming smaller & smaller yet the consumer is still being charged the same, if not a higher price for a product.
We all know the price of supplies has gone up so businesses have to reduce product or inflate their prices.
BUT when Rude Health reduce their boxes of cereals by a whopping 20% yet still charge the same and assume the consumer is stupid / naïve not to notice their sneaky little rip off tactics. E.G labelling products with 'NEW RECIPE' in the hope we don't notice the massive shrinkage of volume OR the contents of the box are actually less than half the size of the packaging!
THEN when you write to them about it their further patronise and insult your intelligence with avoidant spiel about "Reducing the size and not increasing the price has allowed us to continue never compromising on our promise of delicious taste from high quality, sustainably-sourced ingredients"
YES they had to make the difficult decision to shrink the contents due to high level of inflation and have mitigated price increases for years BUT a MASSIVE 1/5 of the ingredients have disappeared!
Then when I pointed out that actually we're NOT paying the same price - we're paying MORE per 100g now, they blame the supermarkets for pricing, stating that they cannot control what the supermarkets charge!
JUST OWN IT.
I think it's abhorrent that businesses continue to rip customers off with massive shrinkage then shirk the responsibility. SO sick of being ripped off at single angle!
I'll make my own cereal with their recipe/ingredients from now on! And will buy other brands and supermarket versions of their rip off products.
Rude Health can’t be trusted
Rude Health is an example of how we’re being ripped off by health-damaging food companies.
“Chilled Almond with Calcium” is a disgusting example. On the pack, the No Added Sugar Sicilian Almonds are “grown in groves … until they’re fall-off-the-tree ripe” which sounds great but it isn’t because they are only 1% of the content. The rest is a disgustingly sweet soup of rice water. Maybe nice added to very strong coffee. That’s all.
Even Alpro has 2.3% almonds.
This Rude Health brand cannot be trusted. My family will never buy their products again.
Next level granola and lovely customer service

Best tasting plant based drinks…
Best tasting plant based drinks available by far. Beautiful taste and completely organic 😋
I have had six small payments taken…
I have had six small payments taken from my account and I haven’t even purchased any items
The word coconut drink is misleading
I was looking for coconut milk with a lot more coconut rather than oats and rice water!! I bought this brand because the actual coconut milk, sadly, I wanted was sold out, I wasn’t impressed, seeing as this was my first time using the milk.
I’m a health coach so pay astute attention to macros and definitely want more protein and healthy fats from my coconut milks, but this was 2% coconut milk? For a drink that’s labelled as a coconut drink?
If you are looking for something to use as a base in place of water or tea/coffee then maybe try it? If you want something that is going to make you feel full with minimal calories then this is not for you.
This is not what I would call a “coconut drink,” and I think the label could be misleading because of that.
Rude Company - Rude & Empty Multigrain Crackers
Rude Health changed the method (recipe as the customer services man chose to call it) from what used to be a good, decent, rustic product that had integrity and substance to it.. to a new product that is now nothing but carbohydrates fluffed up into empty blobs of Nothing!
They are good enough for elderly who's teeth/gums (no teeth) can only handle soft rice puffs.
The original taste has not been retained, nor the quinoa that provided a good protein source nor the texture.
What's worse is that the company - appropriately name "Rude" - did not even have the courtesy to carry out a survey for customers' opinion. Just like many other corporates, they simply went ahead and changed the product Entirely!, without any value of customer's experience, goodwill or loyalty.
The company rep I spoke to earlier gave me mostly poor reasons for the company's decision to change the product and the only one that carries any weight was the one to change the packaging for the sake of the environment. Well, that's the packaging, NOT the product itself.
Its too small to carry out a survey.. wow! How much does it cost to add a small section to one website page and a small piece of paper inside the pack to get the "valued" customer's opinion?
Apparently, the company can't source quinoa anymore so they had to change the supplier altogether and the new supplier of the ingredients has a different method of preparing the other grains. This does not make any sense at all! Grains come whole unless Rude Health buy them already fluffed up. Well, thats just an added process because the grains in the previous product were not fluffed up.
If I had a retail business for these kinds of products, I would not take pride in keeping these new Multigrain so-called Crackers on my shelves because in fact, they changed the production method of the other "Crackers" as well.. they are no longer Crackers.. they are like the ordinary Rice Puffs (just made with other grains or lentils) and apart from the organic factor, the new product offers no substance or real nutritional value.
Amazing rude health milks
Amazing rude health milks! The brown rice milk is the best. It is the only thing that stops me feeling sick when im unwell which is alot due to health problems so i try to buy it as much as possible when its in stock on Amazon. The coconut milk is also VERY nice, the oat and cashew milks are not bad either but not tried the other flavours yet
