The product is literally chopped frozen fruit and it's doesn't have a pleasant tastand it doese. There is an implied permanent subscription after you place one order and the company is non-responsive via telephone or chat. They obviously try to avoid contact with the customer to keep you from cancelling the subscription.
It was a waste of time and money. I am awaiting an email response about canellation.

I canceled my membership back in April and out of nowhere they charged my credit card and sent me an order.

The only problem is that I didn’t place the order and I no longer lived at that address.

Bad business practice: they never offered a credit or replacement. All I got was I’m sorry, nothing they can do!!!

My Credit Card (Discover Card) settled with them, stating is a valid transaction. No matter if I received the merchandise or not !

REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE DOCTORED! AS A CUSTOMER, I COULD NOT EVEN WRITE ONE!!! After having this service over a year, I never realized the customer service was garbage. Why? Ive never really needed to contact customer service until the other day. Told them months ago I was unhappy with the service and wanted to cancel. They have so few flavors/options and we were sick of em. This service is expensive too, mind you. Never realized that request would be treated as optional. Found out a few days ago another box was being pushed through and called right away to cancel. Lady on the phone told me she could do NOTHING about it because the ONE person who handles things like this was in the hospital. She said, even if I was to return it they'd keep my money! I insisted she speak with the manager.. Next day I get an email saying, surprise, were keeping your money and your stuck with product you dont want. They don't give two craps about their customers and Im just sorry I didnt find out sooner and didnt make the mistake of ordering a single box. Just kills me.. the one time I asked for customer service in a year, they did absolutely NOTHING. No effort to make it right whatsoever.. basically F U. Straight up LIED saying the box was already sent. I checked and it wasnt. That was further confirmed by the fact I didnt get an email from them saying it was otw until a solid DAY after calling in!! PURE GREED! This company will not survive.

Poor service, sent the wrong product, bad customer service response. Try DailyHarvest instead.

I canceled with them online on their website and a month later I received a shipment. I did not take possession of the shipment and the delivery man took it back. I called the company to let them know I had cancelled the subscription a month before and they claimed that I had not cancelled and could not refund my money. At this time I told them to cancel my account permanently. When I went back to see if they had closed the account they still had my credit card on file. There was no way to remove the card from the account so I had to call again to have it removed from their website. Company is dishonest and their products are really not that good. Buyer beware of their business ethics.

They are healthy, but expensive. My biggest gripe is they did not send a warning email they were sending my next shipment and sent it 3 days before I was expecting it, with no warning at all. I had done the math and thought I knew exactly what date they were sending it. I checked my spam folder and I do NOT miss emails. They did not send any warning at all. At just after 1:00 a.m., they sent an email saying my smoothies were on the way. At 5:00 a.m. I called and told them I was expecting them several days later and I was already out of town, not able to pick them up. They told me they were on the way and there was nothing they could do. My neighbors were also out of town, so well over $120 worth of smoothies spoiled and Smoothie Box refused to do anything, not even 10% off to replace the ruined mess. I even appealed through my credit card, but Smoothie Box lied and told them they sent me an email with 4 days’ notice. It’s funny, that’s the only email I have not received for work or from any orders I have placed in at least 10 years.
