Ruby CRM has been a genuinely useful upgrade to our real estate workflow. What stands out is that it doesn’t just store leads, it actually helps you understand them. The AI-driven insights around lead intent and follow-ups make it easier to focus on serious clients instead of chasing every inquiry. The listing sync across multiple portals and the WhatsApp integration save a lot of time, especially in a fast-paced market. It’s clear the platform is built with real estate use cases in mind rather than being a generic CRM. That said, it still feels like a growing product in some areas, and there’s room for more flexibility and deeper customization. Overall, it’s a smart, forward-looking CRM that adds real value if you’re handling high volumes of leads.

Our Experience Using Ruby CRM

We have been using Ruby CRM for our real estate business, and so far, it has been a helpful tool for our daily work.

I like that we can keep our leads, agents, and client information in one place. It makes it easier to assign leads and monitor follow-ups instead of checking different platforms or messages.

There are still some things that can be improved. But whenever we have questions or need clarification, the Ruby CRM team has been helpful.

Overall, I think Ruby CRM is a good option for real estate companies, especially for managing leads and keeping the team organized. With some improvements to the integrations and lead management, it can be even better.

Smooth CRM Transition & Excellent…

Smooth CRM Transition & Excellent Support

We moved to Ruby CRM around 2.5 months ago after using another CRM, mainly because we were looking for a more real-estate-specific solution with better property portal and listing integrations.

So far, our experience has been very positive. Although Ruby CRM is a relatively young company, the team has been very responsive and understands the practical requirements of a real estate business.

What we appreciate most is their approach to feedback. Whenever we have requested a feature, modification, or improvement, their team has been available to understand the requirement and work on it. In several cases, the requested features have been implemented within or even ahead of the timelines they committed to.

The property portal integration, particularly for refreshing listings very often, was one of the main reasons we decided to transition from our previous CRM, and Ruby has been handling this area smoothly for us.

Of course, we are still only 2.5 months into using the system, so there is always scope for further improvements as our requirements evolve. But based on our experience so far, we are happy with the transition and, more importantly, with the level of support we have received from the Ruby CRM team.

A good CRM is not only about the features it offers — it is also about how well the team listens, responds, and adapts to the customer’s requirements. So far, Ruby CRM has done that well for us.
