Not shipping from Ireland as suggested on their website. Goods coming from China... allow 12 working days for bad quality item to arrive

Being Irish, I like to support Irish companies. However, this is most definitely NOT the case with Ruby & Maeve.
I needed to change the size of a dress, but they insisted I send it... at my expense to China at a huge cost.
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody!! Disgraceful!!!

I ordered two clothes items on their website where I saw quite a few others which I recognised from the LightinBox website. I found this company on Instagram first, Lily Limerick, and then their website R&M - both suggesting very strongly that they are based in Limerick or Kerry. They even have an address in there for the Manor West SC in Tralee. They write "With love from Kerry..." on their homepage. Their website also features a Money back guarantee. Delivery allegedly by DPD as per confirmation email. None of that is true, nothing. I liked and kept one item, but the other one has a horrible colour. All they offered me was a 25% refund (€10), or I can send it back to China at my own expense, and then it would be decided if I get my money back. I'm going to take action against them now.
In summary - they are deceiving people into thinking they have a local shop when it couldn't be further from the truth. If you like the clothes you get, fine, lucky you. If not - don't expect to get a satisfactory refund.
I will not buy from them ever again which is why I refused their ludicrous refund offer.

Scam, chinese company

Not an Irish company, total spam. Order 3 weeks ago nothing has arrived.

I ordered a blazer from this website advertised as Ruby and Maeve Kerry. After 2 weeks of waiting I received a creased ,and what can only be described as an appalling attempt at a piece of clothing. I ordered a beige blazer and received an Apricot piece of rubbish! Ill fitting and the cheapest of cheap!
I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and received one back with an apology . However, they offered me to choose another piece of clothing for free of the same value and pay them another $9.95 for shipping. The email was sent from a Harper and Sage.com so I don't know where the link is there. If you want a refund you have to cover the shipping costs back to Asia and even then they may not approve a refund!!
I would not give them another cent and will just have to take the hit for this. Please DO NOT buy anything from this website!

Product unwearable, doesn’t have enough fabric to fit properly, customer service china based, definitely AI generated response, website advertised as Kerry which is why I bought from there. Manor West where they say on website is near me. They don’t have a shop there. Total scam and €50 I will probably never see again. AVOID

DO NOT BUY!!!! Thia is a Scam company. Not an Irish company and quality of clothing is the worst I've ever seen. Flimsy quality, not even worth using an a cleaning cloth.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website. I ordered dresses from Ruby & Maeve and was shocked by what I received. The quality was absolutely disgraceful — the items looked nothing like the photos online. They had no labels or tags, and the materials felt extremely cheap, as though they were mass-produced in a low-quality factory. Honestly, they were unwearable.

When I contacted customer service, they offered me a replacement dress from the website. I told them absolutely not — I had already received two horrible dresses and didn’t want another. I requested a refund, but they refused. They are clearly not interested in resolving issues, only in taking your money.

Do not order from this website. It is a scam.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering — many others have had the same experience. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Being led to believe you are buying from a local company, instead you are paying for cheap goods from China that are falsely advertised. Avoid.

First of all the site is called Ruby & Maeve Kerry, it's a 100% fake site, disguising itself as an Irish site from Co. Kerry - they have a fake profile Facebook page, with a photo of Ruby & Maeve (as obvious to anyone that the image is AI generated), it's very very clever how it's done. NEVER EVER buy from a site without researching. And never ever buy from a site if they don't offer payment via PAYPAL, this site lists multiple ways of paying including PAYPAL, but when it comes to actually paying, there is no option for PAYPAL. ALWAYS pay using PAYPAL, because if there is a chance that you have been cheated, you can report it to PAYPAL and PAYPAL will look into it and very often offer a refund. You cant pay with PAYPAL on the Ruby & Maeve Kerry website, first indicator. I am normally very cautious when buying online from a new source, but I was completely taken in by this website, I foolishly looked up the reviews of the shoes that I was purchasing as opposed to looking up reviews of Ruby & Maeve Kerry. Like everyone else's comments below, I purchased shoes which were advertised as LEATHER sneakers, and I received cheap fake shoes that were made of plastic, the smell off them was horrendous. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund, which I suspect will fall on deaf ears. It's shocking how sites like these are targeting vulnerable people. Stay safe everyone and hold on to your money.

Total fraud ...received goods in 2 weeks ...nothing like I thought I purchased...chased down this company ...contacted PayPal etc...they then decided to refund me ...looked like I was getting back my money via PayPal but they pulled it at last minute...they now not responding to my many emails!!! Basically I got SCAMNED!! Beware.

Bought 2 dresses off this site.Really disappointed and angry.Do not buy.Complete scam.Im so sorry I didn’t review the company on trustpilot and look at the reviews.The dresses arrived after 2 weeks and they were nothing like what I thought I was buying.I wasted a lot of money on 2 dressses that weren’t even worth the money I paid for.I have learned a lesson.Sorry my husband comes up on the review but I’m karen the wife.
