Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the products, citing poor quality, cheap materials, and items that did not resemble their online descriptions. People frequently reported receiving products with incorrect colors, sizes, or fabrics, often noting issues like bad stitching and unwearable garments. Also trading under names such as Ruby…

Also trading under names such as Ruby Lily.com, Lily Limerick plus many others! All have the same style websites, new Instagram accounts etc. Appear to be uk friendly with free shipping but once you want to return you have to send item to china and then they do everything possible to not refund (no tracking number, stuck in customs etc.) doesn’t mention China in the easy returns policy! Poor quality goods being used to steal people’s money.

Misleading website and refusing refund

I bought a dress from RubyAndMaeve.com, thinking it was an Irish boutique. It was actually shipped from China and was not as described. I returned it in October and paid €22, but despite providing proof of postage they refuse to issue a refund because I don’t have tracking.
The company has since changed its name to HazelAndOrlaith.com. This feels extremely dishonest.
Please be careful — I would not trust this company.

Ruby and Maeve Scam

Ruby and Maeve is not an Irish boutique as described but a scam selling cheap Asian clothes (also available on Temu) at a high markup. Do not buy from this site. Returns are to Asia at buyers expense.

Dreadful Organisation

I believe that this company and a compnay by the name of Mabel and Daisy are one and the same as I have recieved emails from both about exactly the same order.
My experience with Mabel, and Daisy was really bad - see below..............

First order was of extremely poor quality goods - I could only return the items, at my cost, to Singapore!
Second order was never delivered. I eventually recieved a refund but minus a delivery discount - so not the full amount which is quite disgusting. This company totally misreprcesents iself as a local business but I am convinced it is actually Chinese. I have subsequently received an email from them about the delivery but in the name of Ruby and Maeve which also has very bad reviews on Trust Pilot
Do not order anything from them!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

The leather loafers I ordered arrived 3.5 weeks after order was placed. I could smell the plastic before I opened the package. The cheapest plastic shoes I've ever seen. When I contacted the "seller" regarding a return/refund, the suggested everything except a refund. The package had come from China & not Kerry. No refund received, FALSE ADVERTISING ON EVERY LEVEL. Dn not purchase from this site. A family member had a very similar experience last week. They're obviously ripping people off on a constant basis.

Rubysndmaeve is not an Irish shop

Rubysndmaeve is not an Irish shop, it is a warehouse in China, the quality of the garments are rubbish.
I ordered a blouse there was a hole in the garment. Despite their t&c statement of a full refund this is not true, I got 50% back.

Beware - goods may come from China in Chinese sizes

Bought a mens Mac coat XL from here thinking I was supporting Irish goods.
Mac arrived size was equivalent to Small and no size label on coat and second label misspelt. This product was delivered from China. So to return goods YOU pay postage to China. Got a replacement 3XL and still a tight fit. Beware Chinese goods and Chinese sizes - Quality also poor 😡

I am wondering has anybody reported…

I am wondering has anybody reported this so called Irish boutique to the CCPC? I am in the process of doing so and please god this website will be closed down. Absolutely shameful what they are doing and probably making a fortune. They can't be let get away with it and it is completely misleading advertisement.
