An inexpensive and professional alternative to full time in person staffing.

The Ruby answering service has exceeded my expectations. My clients believe that I have hired a new staff person for the front office area. This is because the staff at Ruby immediately notifies me of all incoming calls and I can elect to speak with the caller at that time or they inform the caller that I am not available and that I will call them back when I am finished with my current meeting or assignment.

Professional service

Ruby has given me peace of mind

Ruby has given me peace of mind. Before hiring Ruby, my phone was constantly ringing and dinging, which was very distracting. Now I can focus on my work, knowing that Ruby will transfer only the most important calls to me and email me messages for the rest, so I can return those calls at my leisure.

We are relatively new to Ruby services…

We are relatively new to Ruby services but we can report that their services are excellent. Having our calls screened and automatically dumping unwanted marketing calls helps us significantly. Each rep answering the phone is "on our team".
