I have used Ruby for only a couple…

I have used Ruby for only a couple months so far, but I do not foresee that changing. The receptionist are the most polite, friendly, patient individuals I've worked with. The customer success team really is about our success. They routinely ask for feedback and try to tailor my experience with Ruby to my specific needs. Working with a third party minute details tend to get lost in translation but Ruby is more like another member of my team.

If you small business owner trying to do it all, save yourself some stress and let Ruby handle your calls and messages for you. I have saved myself about an hour a day from answering telephone calls. Worth every penny!

Ruby goes above and beyond for me

Ruby goes above and beyond for me. They will note my preferences and remember them during phone calls, and they even take initiative to contact me immediately on all of my numbers when a court clerk calls for an upcoming case. Truly professional!

I’ve been very happy

I’ve been very happy. My long time secretary left and I had no one to answer the phone. I tried Ruby and was immediately satisfied. There were some early glitches in getting everything hooked up thru my cable company, but Ruby was responsive & it was up and running quickly. I recently hired a secretary/paralegal who is sometimes out of the office on assignments. I kept Ruby, reduced the number of minutes I was paying for and now have someone live some of the time and back up all of the time.

Service was great and very helpful…

Service was great and very helpful during our busy season when our staff wasn't able to answer every phone call that came through our mainline. I gave your company a 4 because I believe there is always room for improvement

Ruby is just what our company needed to present professionally!

Ruby Receptionist is just what our company needed to present professionally. I have worked with Ruby Receptionist many times and I am always pleased with the service and especially the customer support. Responses are super quick which is wonderful with my busy schedule. They handle all the details and watch my plan to see what makes sense depending on my monthly usage. I don't know many companies that would let you know you should be on a lower tier, less expensive plan, without any inquiry from me. Great company and great receptionists!

I love Ruby

I love Ruby. They’re smart, easy to work with, and super professional! My company is much better thanks to them. I only wish they would take fewer rings to answer the phone, but that’s an issue with finding staff which everyone has.

This service used to be great

This service used to be great, now they are completely crap. I had multiple clients tell me that their phone call was never answered, so I called the number myself.

10 rings and no answer.

I called back and got a completely clueless woman on the phone who had no idea what company she was even supposed to be answering the phone for.

I cancelled the service that day.

AVOID!

And their reply below basically says "we know that our service is terrible."

Then a bunch of lip service...

The truth of the matter is that their prices have increased significantly, and the quality of service decreased even more.

Bottom line, this is not a company that anyone with a professional clientele can afford to have facing their customers.

8 rings before answering

Several times a week I get a message that they are experiencing high call volume and the phones are not being answered as quickly as they would like them to be.

I record all my calls, it sometimes takes 8 rings to answer the phone.

Find a cheaper answering service. There is no need to pay a premium price to get the same bad service that most centers provide.
