No Customer service
Sent two emails requesting order updates and yet to receive a reply. Ordered 5/4 and taking Easter in consideration it’s passed the deadline on what they say dispatch time is and I didn’t request an update until after that date. Disappointing customer service to not reply at all.

Great product and customer service
Customer service was great. Told me of the expected delivery date due to xmas closures etc over that time of year.
Items arrived with plenty of notifications on the date and time.

Missing sunshade cover
Invoiced for cover. Australia Post says parcel not addressed to our Villa number but will not give details(privacy?).Proof of delivery only says it was addressed to Cranley (our Suburb) I have to take Rubbertree's word that they addressed it correctly but I'm disappointed I don't have the cover😒

We resent your missing item with proof of delivery to your email. Product was sent to the same address as the original order so this is on AUS Post for miss placing your order. Since we confirmed proof of delivery, you have not even come back to us to confirm or relay your remaining item is still not been delivered so we could rectify the issue. So to leave us a 1 star review when we have done everything in our power is very unfair.

Purchased front and rear Mats for Ioniq 5
I purchased a set of front and rear executive rubber floor mats for my Hyundai Ioniq 5. The quality of the mats are quite good but there is no lip to the mat so not as good at keeping the elements in the mat as oem sets I’ve had for cars in the past. The fit is also quite good but definitely not perfect as there are some small gaps to the edges which would be better if the mats went all the way. However customer service was helpful as I emailed them asking them for the specific cut for my car as the images online didn’t match and was emailed them right away.

Looks like it’s cut from a big rubber piece, was cut poorly: NOT WORTH THE MONEY, GENERIC FROM AUTO SHOPS WERE BETTER QUALITY:
