The mats did not fit, and the quality was very poor for the price we paid.. Not happy!

Floor Mats . After viewing the deep dish floor mats for my new Ford Everest on line at Rubbertree I ordered the front and rear mats. They were well priced and looked to be a quality product. Once I place the order I received a rapid response from the company with regard to shipping etc. The product arrived well within the stated shipping time,well packeaged and in good condition. I was very pleased with the product quality and the fit was perfect. I have since ordered other items from this company. Well done Rubbertree.

Purchased tailor made seatcovers which were incorrect for my car model. Following a visit to Rubbertree a correct set were then delivered to my door at no charge. Good customer service support from a local company.

Website made ordering relatively simple. Mats and tray mat are a great fit for my Raptor. Quality seems good but a bit early to properly assess. Overall very satisfied.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, product is fantastic. I love the one piece for the 2nd row floor and the cargo area mat is a blessing cause I don't have to worry about the dog making a mess in the back.

Purchased two custom made RubberTree sunshades: one for a new Mustang and one for our Ford SUV. Paid in advance, but it took them a couple of months and numerous emails (they would not respond) and phone calls before they actually manufactured them. Missed a lot of the worst summer heat and sun. OK, they apologised and we moved on. When we eventually received the sunshades we were so disappointed. Who on earth designed such terrible sun shades?? While reasonably effective against the sun , they are a nightmare to fit onto a windscreen and even worse to remove them and store them in the car. You really need two people to fit and remove it, while avoiding the shade flicking in you face, marking parts of the dashboard, etc. Terrible, terrible design - they are way too stiff and bulky, do not like being rolled up - it's virtually impossible to roll up the larger SUV shade! I haven't been able to use the velcro strap to hold it rolled up in the car, so it just unravels and takes up the whole back seat. I gave up, ditched it in the shed, and purchased a much cheaper fold up universal, lightweight shade from Burson Automotive. Much better! The RubberTree sun shades are heavy, stiff and should be a fold up/fold out design, NOT roll up. Wasted money and lots of frustration waiting 2 months for delivery of these. On a positive note, I have purchased 2 sets of Rubbertree 'Platinum' carpet car mats, and while slow to deliver them, the quality of those mats was very good.

Purchased and received dash mat and front driver and passenger seat covers.
The quality and fit seem great.
The installation was easier than the last covers I had.
I’m a tradie and my seat covers tend to get destroyed quickly so will see how they are looking in a year but the way they tuck into the plastic edging of the seats combined with the thicker canvass I’m optimistic they will last.

The front windscreen shade fits well but is very bulky to put up and take down and to store. Also, if you have a dashcam, the shiny surface of the shade creates such a reflection on the windscreen that it makes the dashcam footage from parking mode almost impossible to view. If someone hit your car in a car park there is no way you would be able to see any detail of the vehicle. Makes having dashcam with parking mode useless.

Purchased a windscreen shade for my 2014 Citroen Grand Picasso on 21 Nov. I didn't hear anything so I followed up in early December and was told it would be sent 6 Dec. Received an email today that "...this Item should not have been available for purchase. Our team have searched for a matching vehicle however we can not locate one to obtain a pattern from." but the item is still available to purchase on their site. Very disappointing.

Bought car mats for Mitsubishi phev. They seem fairly well made so build quality is not an issue. The 3 main issues i have is that I have a spare mat which i have no idea where it goes as there are zero instructions on where to put it, thinking possibly 2nd row middle? The second issue is the nain passenger mat does not contour properly with the floor as the passenger side floor is not flat near the seat unlike the mat. The main issue however is that the driver seat mat does not actually cover where the left foot rests, which is where the floor on that bit will well and truly be warn before any other, so not really moulded well for the driver.

We purchased a rubber boot liner which had a manufacturing fault.
I made contact with the sales team at Rubbertree and sent a few pictures of the fault to them, they made new liner and had it sent to me in next to no time, the new liner was perfect in every way.
It was great see see some good old customer service. 👍🏻

Clips did not line up, not even close. To avoid hassle of returning, had to remove them which was virtually impossible to do without damage, redrill holes in matts and then reinstate the clips. Clips dont fully go over the floor buttons either. Clips missing completely from rear matts. Carpet is nice though.

This company is so DODGY. False advertising. Tiniest caption saying basically 'what you get will vary' but only has photos of one item! BUYER BEWARE THEY CATFISH YOU

We can't fault the quality of the product, delivery was a little longer than expected, but that isn't really an issue. Unfortunately the driver's mat doesn't cover the carpeted footrest, but this is deliberate for safety reasons.

Poorly cut boot mat. Cut with a saw, not a laser. Rough and uneven. Rubbertree.com.au stole my money. Dropped shipped from China. Avoid

Front window sun shield for Audi fits perfectly - a huge improvement. Arrival slightly delayed but order eta updates from Greg were frequent and detailed, really good customer service.

got a set of mats for my Holden LS 2019 good fit and is hard wearing very pleased with the order and quick delivery they fit like a glove. other family members have now brought them for their cars. highly recommend them for any make of car,

Good quality products, but slow in identifying and sending items to fix a production error. Would def be 5 stars otherwise.

Soon after my first review was posted a representative from Rubbertree contacted me and admitted that the service I received was not good enough and they would sort the problem out straight away, with a full refund which they did. I had my bootliner within 4 days and it is fantastic. As a business owner I know how things can go wrong and no one or no system is perfect, I tell my employees stuff ups will happen, what's important is how you rectify the problem and how quick the problem is dealt with. These guys nailed that part and I'm sure systems are in place now that these wait times don't happen to anyone else.
