My father-in-law was tested COVId positive on a Friday where a long weekend was coming up. He is over 70 years and was eligible for Paxlovid. As COVID can go extremely worst for elderly people, Shivani and the Nurse Practitioner went extra mile to get us the Paxlovid in there same day without wasting a simple moment. Both of them stayed late and made sure the medicine is got into the hands of the patient. The Nurse Practitioner also spoke to the pharmacy to make sure medicine is available. I truly appreciate their sincerity on going above and beyond.
