Leaking shower for 99 year old
We had an urgent problem with my (very) elderly mum's leaking shower, which Tim from RPM came to fix. This was late on a Thursday, just before the bank holiday. He was very good and went above and beyond to go and get the necessary part, even though it was 7.30pm in the evening. He then returned and fixed and I can't thank him and Richard enough for their help. My mum's nearly blind so this was a massive situation that they helped resolve. Thanks guys.

Fantastic job! Richard was really great to work with and the gentleman who came to fit the new boiler (also called Richard) was so easy and polite, the boiler works so well, I would thoroughly recommend RPM Plumbing & Heating, defiantly 5*.

I didn’t have to wait. The engineer came on time and was very helpful, efficient and a nice and friendly person.
He cleaned up after him and explained how the boiler works
I would definitely recommend them.
