In terms of payment it was the best offer so happy with that. The final BACS payment was maybe the slowest bit of the entire operation but good all in all. Instructions were clear on all aspects of th... See more

Not kept informed of any delays
Not kept informed of any delays, been 7 working days not including weekend still no money and they revalued the apparently there were scratching on screen and back. ffs that is just wear and tear
Awful company stolen my phone
Awful company
My phone past their checks and it now 3 weeks on and I am still without payment
Have contacted the police as this is theft
Avoid this company as you definitely do not get same day payment
I strongly believe they do this in the hope you forget
Stay away and sell your phone elsewhere
RPC emailed me on 12th April to say…
RPC emailed me on 12th April to say payment for my iPad will follow within 24 hours. Five days later I'm still waiting... Am I ever going to get my money or my iPad back? This company usually has good reviews though not lately... I hate having to chase up companies, just do your job properly! I'll go somewhere else next time
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are claiming they haven’t even received my phone! Used their labels and followed their instructions. It’s seems this is their new tactic to ignore all knowledge of having the phone. Have tried to phone several times but only spoke to someone once, who wasn’t all that helpful. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
It’s a scam!!
It’s a scam!!! I sent my phone to them thinking it was sold only to be told after they had received it that the order had been cancelled..I am now waiting for the phone to be returned.. If anyone else is looking to sell their phones, I would recommend that they use another company!
Avoid - lucky for Barry
I sent my phone off on 02/04/19, it was received 03/04/19 and was confirmed to meet all their checks on 05/04/19.
I was emailed on the 5th saying I would receive payment within 24hrs. This didn’t happen, but I gave benefit of the doubt it was the weekend. Monday evening came and still nothing so I tried ringing - no answer. Sent my first email after this and got a response on 08/04/19 saying they’d look into it and get back to me. I heard nothing back after that so I sent another email on 10/04/19 and heard back only yesterday (15/04/19) so decided to try call again. Got through this time and spoke to Barry who was amazing!! He said he’d get it all sorted and he did! Less than 24hrs later I’ve been paid and he rung back to make sure I was happy.
If it wasn’t for Barry this would be a 1* review but he deserves a star just for himself.
My advice: use a different company.

I phoned Norwich trading standards regarding this company and followed their instruction.
Yesterday I phoned the company and told them they were in breach of there own terms and conditions after they had tried fobbing me off saying they had been inundated with devices so a back log in assessing phones and valuation. I told them I wanted my phone back in the same way they received it, recorded delivery by 1pm. Today I received my phone in the same condition it was sent. I would advise others to do the same and use another company.
Just avoid them at all costs
Sorry I didn't read the reviews as the negative ones sum this company up, they are the worse recycling company I have ever used and I fear they may have serious financial problems. They simply don't pay up when they promise and trying to contact them is impossible and they even hang up on phone calls.
How is a company like this able to continue trading in this day and age of usually good customer service?
Sent my phone they received it quickly…
Sent my phone they received it quickly and gave revaluation of a lower price just as fast phone lived with a screen protector and case so was unmarked anyhow accepted £230 for my s9 and 12days later and a few emails to them I have heard nothing.ring the care line and no one ever answers.
Not a great experience
So I should have read the reviews before using this company.
Although I was offered the full value of my phone - I had problems with payment.
Was told 24 hours from acceptance of the offer, then another 24 hours, then they were closed for the weekend meaning I had to wait 5 days for the actual money.
I then only got the money after dealing with an amazing guy in customer care called Rob. He chased it up, phoned me back when he said (which others didn’t) and if it wasn’t for him this would be a 1 star review.
Don’t use them unless you don’t mind waiting for payment or having to chase up.
Fast and very efficient would…
Fast and very efficient would definitely recommend.
Fast and efficient service.
Fast and efficient service. Straightforward to send phone to them and they paid what was stated.
Bad communication
Bad communication. Had my phone to a week yet no update - I’ve sent several emails to them and they have gone ignored apart from one. Had a courier booked to pick my phone up and courier couldn’t pick up parcel because no one handed over the phone to the driver. Terrible. Avoid them at all costs. I regret no looking at the reviews before I sent my phone off
Terrible experience
Terrible experience - they received the item and asked for the pass code; they dropped the offer price to zero pounds, I rejected the offer, still waiting for either my device or money. Avoid.
Really should have read the reviews…S H I T
Really should have read the reviews before Used this company. What a joke. Its been nearly a month since they have received me phone. Cant get anyone on the phone and no answers to emails please use a different company
Best Price but Worst Service DONT USE
I chose RPC as they offered the best price and promised payment the same day. I registered my interest on 30/3/19 and sent my mobile by Registered Post (as recommended by RPC - cost over £7) once I received the label and packaging. They received my mobile on 4/4/19. On 8/4/19 I sent an email to RPC asking for an update as I presumed I should have had payment by 5/4/19. On 9/4/19 they sent me an email stating that they were unable to pay the full original price as promised as there was pitting on the phone by the camera and at the top. The phone was immaculate and had only slight marks at the top as ever since I bought it it had been kept in a case to protect it. I was offered a 10% reduction on my original offer so reluctantly I accepted it as I had already paid over £7 for postage. On 10/4/19 I received a reply to my email of 8/4 stating they were sorry I hadn't received my payment and stated it was a system error and would be paid within 24 hours. I checked my account and it was last updated on 12/4/19 at 17.49 stating 'Revaluation decision taken' so they obviously hadn't processed my payment in the first place. I am still waiting for my payment and I am unsure when I will receive it. In the meantime I am going to report this company who are based in Norwich to Norfolk Trading Standards. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company to sell anything as they seem incapable of meeting their own Terms and Conditions.
False advertising! You wont get payment within two days!
False advertising. I have used another company before to sell a device, I posted, the next day i received a confirmation email, the following day i was offered payment, accepted and the payment was in my account within 2 hours. I wish i had read the reviews on here, they are in breach of their own terms and conditions.I posted my phone 1st class to arrive by 1pm the following day, received an email acknowledging then nothing. I have emailed but no reply and telephoned but they are closed on a Saturday. Now i have sent another email stating their breach and that i want my phone returning 1st class by 1pm in the same way they received it.Glad i took photos of the phone and kept all relevant details of it.
