i used twice before they were ok now they getting worse. phone got checked like two weeks later, been told i should receive comfirmation for payment with 24h nothing yet , i tried calling it says office is closed where opening hours are 9 to 5 . once i get my money i will never use again
Almost feels like a scam company!
They offered me £60 online for my phone which I accepted, once they had recieved my phone they offered me £30 which i rejected and asked for the phone back. The ignored my email, and then offered me £45 which I accepted, but to date they have not paid me or returned the phone depsite several chaser emails.
Its just not worth going with this company, they offer the most money to begin with but then slash it and it ends up a battle trying to get anything back

Revalued my phone stating scratches and it was in PERFECT condition when I sent it to them.

Should be no stars, terrible company wishing I had just stuck with the company I always use but was lured into a better price for my phone only to be told taking 30% off because of scratches, absolutely raging as the phone was in perfect nick. So I sent it on April 3rd now almost into may, so much for the 24hr payment!!!! Hate this site DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
Nearly a month later and still not received money
Sent my phone at the end of March. Received an email on 5th April stating they've knocked 30% because of wear and tear. It was in perfect nick. I still accept3d as couldn't be bothered waiting for it to be returned and sending it off to another company.
It is now 24th April and I still haven't receiced my funds. Emailed three times chasing the money and had no response. Just called them at 16:34 and automated msg says to call back during opening hours between 9am and 5pm!!!!

Awful service, online price stated £355 for an iPhone 8 Plus. I sent it to them and they offered me £170, I didn’t accept. Waited 5 days and they offered me £200, I accepted as I am fed up of waiting for them to respond etc. 8 days I have been waiting for a payment. Something needs to be done about this company

The service is the worst ever, they dont answer the phone or emails. I am still waiting for payment 8 days after I accepted the revised offer and 14 days after they received my phone.

I finally received payment 20 days after I accepted their offer. This was after 6 emails (5 which went unanswered) and several phone calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute shambles of a company who have had my iPad since April 1st. I've had no correspondence from them and no payment. I can't even get hold of them to send my device back to me so I can use another, more reputable company. Would not recommend and I certainly won't be using again in the future, absolute disgrace.

Why do you want feedback? You are, quite obviously, not a reputable company so why ask for feedback? Exactly what will you do with it? And meanwhile - still no funds have been sent to me. Disgrace.

Took longer than they quoted to test and I am still waiting to receive my money despite them sending an apology message on Wednesday making out there had been a system problem!! Wouldn’t use them again!

Tried telling me my phone had screen burn even though I sent it off to Samsung for value straight after and they said nothing of the sort. Really should get better engineers to value your phones!
Waste of time
I sent device £180 quoted.. they recieved next day and emailed after that i had to contact them 4 days later. I was given a revised offer £63. Which I declined a few days later they sent me a counter offer of £80. They had my phone 2 weeks. I took photos of my device before i sent it and there are now sctatches on the back which werent there before. Not happy waste of time. Avoid!!!

AVOID! And take note of the reviews because they are true! After several emails and phone calls, several “status” updates still NOTHING! Tried calling for the 4th time at 16:30 - CLOSED! Yet the voicemail states they’re open until 17:00! If they have a backlog as they say have, they can’t be dedicated to get through it all to meet their own T&C’s. This has been going on for 3 weeks. They do not meet their statements and commitments on their website. Awful company and will never be using them again. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The positive reviews are obviously from the “company” trying to keep their stars!

DO NOT USE - states you will have a response within 2 working days which is a lie! they received my phone 2 days ago and no update since. Phoned today to chase and was told they had a back log and i wouldn't get it looked at until after the bank holiday weekend so that will be 7 days after they received my phone (then a further 2 days for them to make the payment). I told him i wast happy and asked him to go get my phone and deal with it to which he said he would. Called back this afternoon and the office is now closed even though its only 16.20! if you have that much of a back log why are you all finishing early????
