My watch box is great and would highyl recommend purchasing from royal tempus. Prompt shipping to Australia and very competitive pricing.

I ordered a $1200 Wolf Triple Watch Winder. It showed up in the original shipping box however upon opening it, the box inside wasn't surrounded by much packing material. Needless to say the entire winder must have gotten thrashed around inside because it was destroyed when it got to me. The top lid and hinges were ripped completely off as was the front window. The box itself was smashed and dented with chunks of material torn out. I sent over a dozen pictures to customer service with no response. Online chats, no response. To top it all off, they don't even have a working phone number. I believe this is a fictitious website at this point. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on. BUYER BEWARE!!

Received Wolf Watchwinder in immaculate new condition in a timely fashion with no issues. Great service. Look forward to doing business in future.

Not much communication after purchase. Took a few days for package to be sent and tracking info to be generated, but package arrived quickly otherwise. Would definitely order again from Royal Tempus.
